It's easy to use and the installation is also very easy. **What do you dislike about Securden Password Vault for Enterprises?** Some features which would help small Teams to work more effective are only included in other Licenses which are not free. Even not for small Teams. **What problems is Securden Password Vault for Enterprises solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Password Vault we used a KeePass File which was shared to the Team. Not everyone who changed the file uploaded it again, so that in the end there were different File-Versions with different Passwords for each Account and nobody knew which was the right one. Now everyone is using the same Tool. If a password is changed, everyone can use the new one. ### 2. The product is great and the few issues we had were resolved in an expedited manner. They are quick to answer questions, and they have also released updates to the product to specifically address a feature that we needed. We really didn't want to store anything in the cloud, much less any of the major brands that seem to be hacked more which we didn't want any part of. **What do you dislike about Securden Password Vault for Enterprises?** The browser plug-in doesn't seem to work with all sites but is still very simple to launch the sites from and quick to copy/paste the password once I have it pulled up in the plug-in. **Recommendations to others considering Securden Password Vault for Enterprises:** I know there are other major brands out there but this one is really up and coming. They solved all of our needs by integrating into AD, using our multi-factor and having everything stored in house in encrypted form. They have a mobile app which can be used and is great. In addition they have replication to another securden server at another site so it really does work and function about as well as one could want. The customer service is great. They've always been super fast for response times as well as their ability to listen to our requests and implement new features that make sense for the product. **What problems is Securden Password Vault for Enterprises solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are benefiting from more secure passwords. Securden was able to integrate with Active Directory so they only have the one password to remember. It also worked with our multi-factor tokens everyone was already using. By using these two, people are able to set complex passwords and not worry about forgetting passwords anymore. We finally are getting users to store their passwords securely. ### 7. The system was easy to install and configure, and is heavily relied on in our organisation. Securden Password Vault enables me to do this with all of the granular access control, multi-factor authentication and access reporting that I need. I am very pleased with the product and would recommend it to any managed service provider looking to maintain a central credential store. The password policy, which includes both strength and duration of passwords, with the ability to generate a password that meets the policy is also very powerful. This central store, accessed from anywhere with an internet connection and also from a mobile app has enabled us to realise our goal of not communicating passwords over email or storing passwords in insecure locations. **What do you dislike about Securden Password Vault for Enterprises?** If I could improve one thing, it would be the ability to insert credentials into web forms automatically so the password is not required to be copied to the clipboard. **Recommendations to others considering Securden Password Vault for Enterprises:** Try it, you will not be disappointed. It was important that the solution securely stored these, so we liked the ability to self-host and not have these stored in a cloud service. Realized Benefits Ability to granularly share credentals with just the teams that need to access. Details of our customers environments are infinitely more secure now with the credentials stored encrypted and accessed using multi-factor authentication. Passwords are no longer communicated over Email, SMS or Chat, only the vault is used to access passwords. Ability to report on access of passwords.
