What do you like best about Sectigo Certificate Manager?

I like using Sectigo Certificate Manager to centrally manage and monitor our SSL certificates across multiple services. It’s great at tracking certificate lifecycles and handling renewals, which really helps reduce certificate expiration outages. I appreciate that it helps us maintain compliance and improves visibility by providing a single dashboard for certificate inventory. The simplicity of the service and having everything on a single dashboard are definite highlights for me. The initial setup was very easy too, with automatic onboarding coming from Entrust. "Simple, Intuitive Certificate Management with Clear Visibility Into Expirations"
4/5
What do you like best about Sectigo Certificate Manager?

The setup of certificate users along with enrollment and revocation of certificates is simple and fairly intuitive. It allows for a single pane of glass to see who has certificates, what ones they've had in the past, and when the expiration will take place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sectigo Certificate Manager?

The actual enrollment process on the use end is not as intuitive, at least in my experience with the personnel who have been receiving certificates. There was a change in default configurations that created a new field in the enrollment form that causes some issues with our procedures until we were able to iron out the issues with support over the course of a week or so. The user interface can feel a bit cluttered, making navigation and day-to-day certificate management less intuitive.
