Secretary runs weekly bookkeeping paperwork on your own computer: receipt photos into Excel, invoices matched to bank transactions, reply drafts in Gmail that wait for your approval. You describe a recurring task in a sentence; Secretary turns it into numbered steps, a schedule and approval points, and runs it at the times you set while your PC is on. What it does today: reading Gmail and saving reply drafts in the thread, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Excel and CSV (including matching invoices to bank transactions), PDFs, scanned PDFs and receipt photos. Fields it can't read are marked "unreadable" and listed by file name. Runs end with a short report of what was done and what wasn't, and Telegram tells you when a run has finished. Telegram or WhatsApp required, no Mac version yet; tested with Gmail and Google Drive so far (Outlook not tested yet). Plans from $49/month, each including usage credit equal to its price. No overage charges.
