"Makes Explaining Ideas Easy and Saves Time with Simple Prompts"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

What I like most was that it made explaining concepts very easy. Sometimes when i had to present a design idea or summarize research, it helped me structure my thoughts. Also on busy days , it saved a lot of time by giving useful output with simple prompts. The thing i appreciate the most was that it was easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

Sometimes the responses felt repetitive or too general, especially when I asked for fashion specific ideas or about trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes a launch reach every region in week one"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

We can segment libraries by product line and still report against one framework. We standardized ramp across several regions from a single console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

There are slight lags during AI response processing, short but present at our volume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible and interactive, great for role-play for agents with various customer types."
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

What stands out right away is how realistic the simulations feel. The AI personas respond dynamically, which makes practicing things like discovery calls, cold outreach, and objection handling surprisingly engaging. It’s a big step up from static scripts or traditional role-play since you can practice anytime and get immediate feedback on your performance.

Another strong point is customization. You can upload your own materials—like sales decks or call recordings—and build tailored scenarios. That makes it actually useful for real-world prep instead of generic practice. The instant scoring and feedback on things like tone, clarity, and confidence also help you identify specific areas to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

The conversations can still feel a bit structured, and if you’re experienced, you might notice patterns or ways to “game” the system rather than truly improve. Some users also mention that while it’s great for practicing frameworks and messaging, it doesn’t fully replace the nuance of real human interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Content Creation"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

What I like best about Second Nature AI is how seamlessly it complements the content I develop in Articulate Rise. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes the creation process efficient and straightforward. I especially appreciate how simple it is to build and customize personas, allowing me to create realistic, targeted practice scenarios. Importing scripts is also quick and hassle-free, which helps streamline my workflow and reduces development time. Overall, it’s a highly user-friendly tool that enhances the effectiveness of my training content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

What I like least about Second Nature AI is that the available persona options can feel somewhat limited. While the existing personas are effective, having a broader range of customizable or pre-built personas would provide more flexibility and allow for even more tailored, diverse training scenarios. Expanding this area would further enhance the platform’s ability to meet a wider variety of learning needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lets reps drill from their phones between meetings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

I can finally see whether a rep can handle discount pushback instead of just guessing. It gives me an honest read on their readiness without having to listen to every single recording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

More native connectors would definitely help, and the team has already delivered several of the ones we requested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful Platform for Building Communication Skills"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Practice sessions felt authentic because of how effortlessly the AI characters responded. The feedback that was provided at the end of each session was particularly appealing to me since it pointed out areas that required development without being overbearing. What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

Some reports need to be further filtered before being shared with leadership teams. The first customisation took a little longer than expected Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reporting visibility makes coaching decisions easier"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Reporting visibility is what ultimately closed the deal for me. I can clearly see who’s actually progressing and who’s still stuck on the same objection week after week, and that directly changes how I plan my coaching. The reps get to practice in a low-pressure environment and improve through repetition, which is the part that really benefits them. The post-session feedback also evaluates what was said, not just how it was delivered, and that’s exactly what traditional roleplay never gave me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

Not every language feels equally polished. English has been solid for our team, but our partners in LATAM have pointed out that some Spanish responses sound slightly off or unnatural. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Shortens the ramp for new hires"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

New hires no longer have to wait for a trainer to be available before they can start training, which used to be our biggest bottleneck. They can work through realistic objection drills on their own, then come back with specific, focused questions. I can also build a new scenario from the template library in under an hour, so the content stays current with whatever is happening on the sales floor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

It took us a couple of days to really get the hang of building role plays on our own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Validates readiness the same way everywhere"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

The analysis grades pitch accuracy, not delivery polish, which is what a complex sale really needs. With central content management, each region stays aligned with the approved pitch instead of drifting off-message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

We were hoping for deeper native integration with Salesforce and Workday, but the improvements have come in stages rather than all at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Training plus performance visibility in one place"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Beyond the roleplay itself, the progress data is what I keep open most days. It shows me who’s stuck and where, so I’m not having the same coaching conversation with everyone. The templates are quick to spin up when I need a new scenario because something has shifted in our pitch. And the post-session breakdown focuses on the substance of what’s said, not just how polished it sounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

I still notice slight lag when the AI is processing responses, especially on busier days. It doesn’t break training, but there are moments when a rep will pause mid-sentence, unsure whether the AI actually heard them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
