"Frees senior reps from mentoring duty"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Standardizing how we coach objection handling across the org was what really made it scalable. Enterprise onboarding went more smoothly than any sales-tool rollout I’ve managed, and it felt easier to keep everyone aligned as we rolled it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

More native integrations would be helpful. The team has added some of the ones we requested, but the list still isn’t complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reduces the variance between sessions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

It helped me scale the program without having to add enablement headcount, which was the whole point. Having standard scenarios across trainers also reduced trainer-to-trainer variation and made delivery more consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

More native connectors would really help. The team has already shipped a few that I asked for, so I’m hopeful they’ll keep adding more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Shows measurable gains for reps who started behind"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Reps come into one-on-ones already warmed up, so coaching can start at the hard part instead of spending time on basics. Features I requested actually showed up on the roadmap, rather than being left as a vague “maybe.” When we roll out a new pitch, it means a new scenario the same day, not next quarter. Reporting that used to be scattered across multiple trackers now lives on a single screen.

My prep time as a manager has dropped because the tool takes care of the repetitive parts of coaching. I can adapt a discovery template for a new segment without starting from scratch, and the bar stays consistent for every new hire regardless of who runs onboarding. I can also flag a struggling rep early based on the data, instead of only realizing it after a bad quarter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

A few of the non-English scenarios needed some cleanup before I felt comfortable trusting them with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lets reps fix a habit the same week"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

My senior closers no longer lose selling hours running mock calls for new hires. Reps can build confidence handling tough objections before they ever get in front of a buyer. I’m also able to run the same scenarios across regions and compare results in a fair, consistent way. Even some of our veteran reps came around once they saw the breakdowns of their calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

I wouldn’t mind a quicker AI response, since there’s a small pause every now and then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gives managers one place to look across regions"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

The central console gives me real-time visibility into every regional library at once. The analysis evaluates what a rep said about the product, focusing on content rather than how polished their delivery sounded. When a line changes its pitch, the owning team updates that region's library directly. The platform has replaced a patchwork of regional sales training with a single, governed system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

Deeper native reporting across regions would help; for now, we combine exports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful when you want extra practice on your own"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

I like that I can practice whenever I have a few free minutes instead of waiting for someone to do a mock session with me. It helped me notice small habits, like talking too fast or skipping important details. The platform is simple enough that I didn't need much time to figure things out, and the practice sessions kept me engaged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

I wish the conversations changed a bit more each time. After repeating the same exercise, I started recognizing the pattern. It would also be helpful to have a few more ready-made scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gives leadership one readiness picture by region"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

We sell across multiple regions, and our requirement was a single, governed content platform to train our teams and cover everyone consistently. This platform meets that need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

The voice latency was noticeable at first, but it has improved since then, and now everything works very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reduces the time we spend on readiness and readiness reports"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

I’m now always in the know about which crew members are improving and which ones are stuck. I’ve also noticed that a lot of my managers got days’ worth of time back as soon as the routine drills started running without them. Last week, we shipped a fresh objection-handling scenario cluster (11 different micro scenarios) in about two hours, and it was propagated across the entire sales org immediately—that’s real power right there. I’m also happy to see many of my top performers drilling from their phones between meetings or on the road, even while on vacation. It’s incredible. We’re essentially “always on,” and that’s been a huge factor in our ability to stay competitive and keep growing. My guys are always in the zone—warm, ready, and able to engage at any moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

Nothing in particular comes to mind, although a quicker team-readiness view would be helpful. The building blocks are there, but I still have to assemble it myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps every region's reps on one standard"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

I can spot a rep who’s starting to struggle in the data long before it shows up as a blown quarter. And the bar stays consistent for every new hire, no matter who’s running onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

The manager dashboards take more clicks than I’d like, even though all the metrics I need are there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scales training without scaling headcount"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

What I really value is being able to reuse a scenario across teams without having to re-author it every single time. The templates are straightforward to clone and adjust, so I’m not spending weekends rebuilding content. And the analysis isn’t just generic style feedback: it breaks down what reps actually said about the product, which is exactly what we needed for more technical messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

We’ve asked for deeper integrations with our HRIS, and it’s encouraging to see that reflected in the roadmap. That said, it still isn’t quite where I’d like it to be for fully automated cohort tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
