"Unifies ramp across markets built in isolation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

The roadmap does shift, but when I flag an enterprise gap, I get a clear, realistic answer on timing. Spinning up a new region took only a few days because content and permissions were already centralized. When we launch something once, its coaching layer rolls out to every region at the same time, which helped us standardize objection-handling coaching across the entire global team.

It also mattered that our security team cleared it early—it reassured me that the controls were genuinely in place. Granular permissions mean each region sees only what it should. At the same time, each product line can run its own scenario library while we still govern everything centrally. Having Salesforce data right next to practice results gives managers a single place to look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

We were looking for tighter, native Salesforce hooks, and they’ve been arriving in stages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Turns scattered feedback into comparable data"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

I can build a scenario library that keeps growing without turning into an ongoing content project. I clone existing scenarios and tweak them by region, so the content stays fresh without a huge build each time. I also don’t have to rebuild the whole library from scratch whenever the pitch shifts. After getting access, I had scenarios live within hours, with no long setup.

The breakdown makes it clear which reps actually know the product and which ones are bluffing. By consolidating tools, I’ve cut down the time I spend assembling reports every cycle. It works for assessing any sales team, so I run both SDR and AE ramp through it. As a result, every new hire ramps to the same bar, no matter who trains them. What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

It took a bit of back-and-forth for me to understand the pricing, but once I did, it seemed fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pushes one approved playbook to thousands of reps"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Reps in 30+ languages now ramp on the same standard, which we could never truly enforce before. Regional and cohort reporting makes it clear which teams are ready to sell, and rolling pitch updates out to thousands of reps is no longer a manual project. Using standard scenarios across markets has eliminated the regional variation we used to fight, and the per-line libraries mean a change to one product doesn’t disrupt another.

Having Salesforce data right next to practice results gives managers a single place to look. Reps can start drilling new messaging the same week a product ships. And our success contact understands what it takes to support a sales org at our scale, not just the feature set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scales the ramp program without new headcount"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

I keep the scenario library up to date as our pitch evolves, almost as part of my weekly routine. The objective readiness read has replaced a manager’s gut feel. Building a new scenario now takes an afternoon, rather than starting from a blank page and losing half a day. The cohort data also points me toward patterns I can turn into practical sales coaching. "Handles pitch updates without rebuilding everything"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

The analysis shows me which reps are guessing on product claims and which ones actually know what they’re talking about. More than once, features I’ve requested have shipped within a quarter. The customer success team understands what I’m trying to solve, not just how the tool works. And the data makes it clear who’s ready to carry quota and who needs another cycle. What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

There are occasional, slight lags while the AI processes, but they’re brief enough that they don’t disrupt the session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gives new reps practice without real-deal risk"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

What I rely on most is the manager time it gives back to me each week. It’s scaled across my entire team without needing to add a trainer. The 30+ language support helps keep our regional reps aligned on one standard. The customer success team responds quickly and understands our sales process. Our reps can drill from their phones between meetings while they’re out on the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

We were looking for deeper native Salesforce integration, and it has improved gradually over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes new-language scenarios reach English quality"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

The post-session breakdown shows what reps actually said about the product, which is the part I can coach and improve. The roadmap genuinely reflects customer input, and that kept me bought in. Reps come into coaching prepared, so I can spend the hour on the hard stuff instead of catching them up. Overall, it gave me the evidence I needed to defend the program’s budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

Not every language feels equally polished. The English scenarios are solid, but the French and German versions could use an editing pass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scales ramp without scaling trainer hours"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

The language coverage helps us standardize ramp-up across our regional crews. Enterprise onboarding went more smoothly than any sales-tool rollout I’ve managed. We can push one approved sales playbook to dozens of reps at once—no more per-unit rollouts and all that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

Speech recognition accuracy drops slightly in noisier environments, but that’s mostly on us. We’ll be moving to a more spacious floor next year, which should help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Realistic Drills That Get New Reps Call-Ready Fast"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

The drills feel very realistic—almost identical to the calls my guys handle in real life. New reps go into deals having rehearsed nearly every aspect and nuance, so they’re essentially ready before they ever jump on calls with their newly assigned accounts. What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

Nothing in particular stood out to me, but overall what I saw made sense and felt straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My managers get more stuff done without me"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Objective reads on readiness levels, instead of relying on any manager’s gut, have made a real difference for us. One of the biggest changes we noticed right away was the consistency, especially that it’s applied the same way across sessions. We keep the scenarios current with the most recent messaging packages, and updating them has become a weekly routine.

Onboarding has stopped looking like a complete disaster. Reps engage because the drills in the platform mirror the deals they handle day to day, so they actually want to do it. We also tailor coaching based on what the platform surfaces for each rep. As our pitch changes, the library grows with it, without turning into its own separate, ongoing project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

I’d like richer out-of-the-box manager views, and perhaps a few more minor additions. Overall, I’m very happy, because it feels like everything here has been thought through deeply and seriously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
