"Keeps every market on the approved pitch"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Having Salesforce sit alongside the practice data gives my managers one place to look. Reporting rolls up across every region into one framework I can show the board. Permissions are detailed enough to clear a security review without exceptions. The central console gives me one view into every library. The analysis grades what a rep said about the product, not how polished they sounded. A new market comes online in days because the playbook is already centralized. Compliance is comfortable because every scenario ties back to approved messaging. Reps rehearse a tough negotiation in a safe place before any live deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A few non-English scenarios trailed English, so we run a review pass before rollout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

My roadmap asks usually land, and I’ve flagged features that ended up shipping within a quarter. It’s helped us scale the program without me adding a single headcount. By spotting patterns in the cohort data, I can catch a weak spot before it costs us a deal. Fast learners can move ahead, while slower reps get the repetition they need, without stalling the whole cohort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Reps can run drills from their phones between meetings, which fits a field sales team well. It highlights what a rep actually claimed about pricing, not just how smooth they sounded. Our customer success team responds quickly and clearly understands our sales process. When we roll out a new pitch, we can get a new scenario the same day instead of waiting until next quarter. Self-onboarding was straightforward, and I had scenarios live within hours of getting access. I can also adapt a discovery template for a new segment without having to start from scratch. Post-call scoring stays consistent, whether I review it myself or another manager on the team does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

Integrations with the rest of our stack are thinner than I’d like, although the team has delivered a few of the ones we requested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes enterprise sales onboarding run smoothly"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Onboarding at our scale used to be a nightmare, and this rollout was smoother than any I have run. Spinning up a region took days because content and permissions were already centralized. We push one approved sales playbook to thousands of reps without a per-office rollout. Reporting by region and cohort shows me which teams are ready to sell. We can segment by product line and still report against one consistent standard. Our success contact understands a sales org at our scale, not just the features. New reps reach quota-ready faster than the old instructor-led path allowed. The substance-level analysis is what a complex enterprise sale actually requires. Deeper native reporting across regions would help, for now we combine exports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Smooth onboarding at this scale is rare, and this is the first tool that has truly delivered it for us. By standardizing scenarios across markets, we finally put an end to the regional variation we used to fight. The platform replaced a patchwork of regional sales training with a single, governed system. And when a line needs to change its pitch, the owning team can update its own library directly. What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

Cohort views by region and product line still require an export, rather than being available in a single native screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Creates a baseline that does not shift with staffing"

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

We trimmed close to thirty percent off ramp once every rep trained on the same scenarios. Reps stop treating practice as busywork once it sounds like their real deals. The customer success team grasps what I am solving, not just how the tool works. Standard scenarios across trainers ended the trainer-to-trainer variation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

"Makes low-performer improvement visible within a month"

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Having practice and call analytics in one place is what ultimately justified the switch for me. Onboarding a larger cohort no longer means I have to double my mock-call sessions. New AEs now reach a contributing level in weeks rather than a couple of months, and I’ve already seen the impact on the team: two of my weakest reps moved up into the middle of the pack within a month. "Lets owning teams update their own line"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

The per-product-line scenario libraries let each sales team own its own playbook without stepping on anyone else’s work. Granular permissions also make it easy for each region to see only what it should. I’ve found the roadmap responsive to enterprise asks, with real timelines instead of vague promises. As a result, new reps become quota-ready faster than they did with the old instructor-led approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

I can show the board that Ramp is consistent across regions, using the same scenarios everywhere. Reporting also rolls up from every region into a single framework that’s easy for me to present to the board. When a new market comes online, it can be up and running in days because the playbook is already centralized. It also handled our headcount without the performance problems I expected at this scale. "Tightens discovery quality across the team"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

The breakdown shows me the exact moment a rep caved on terms. Self-onboarding was quick, and I had scenarios live within hours of getting access. It works beyond the core sales team, too, and we even run new-hire onboarding through it. It gave me defensible numbers showing ramp got faster. It surfaces what a rep actually claimed about pricing, not just how smooth they sounded. The mobile experience means practice isn’t chained to a desk. I can tailor coaching to each rep based on what the analysis flags. The analysis also makes it clear whether a rep handled the objection or simply talked around it. What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

I noticed some voice latency early on. It has improved since then, but it’s still worth mentioning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
