"Assesses any sales team with the same process"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

I coach based on what reps say about pricing and the product, because that’s where they tend to slip up. Having thirty-plus languages available meant our overseas sales teams could finally ramp up to the same level. The roadmap genuinely reflects customer input, which kept me bought in and engaged. I also keep the scenarios aligned with our pitch and update them regularly—almost as a weekly habit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

The moving avatars aren’t quite perfect yet, but I understand that an improved version is on the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cuts reporting time by consolidating tools"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Fast learners can push ahead, while the reps who need more reps actually get them, without slowing down the whole cohort. The cohort-level data points me to patterns I can turn into practical sales coaching. Reps also stop treating practice like busywork once it sounds and feels like their real deals.

Self-onboarding was quick enough that I was building scenarios on day one. Now I tailor coaching based on what the analysis surfaces for each rep. It can assess any sales team, so I run both SDR and AE ramp through it. I also clone and tweak scenarios by region, which keeps the content fresh without a big rebuild. Overall, the objective readiness read has replaced a manager’s gut feel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

Not every language feels equally polished. Our English scenarios are solid, but the French and German versions could use an editing pass. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps practice mobile for a field sales team"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Onboarding a new cohort of AEs no longer takes up my entire month. The playbook scenarios I built once now get reused every onboarding cycle, which saves a ton of time. The drills actually sound like the calls my reps take all day, so the practice feels realistic. Reporting that used to be scattered across multiple trackers now lives on a single screen. I even shipped a fresh objection-handling scenario in about two hours last week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

There are occasional slight lags while the AI processes a response. They’re brief, but you still notice them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Builds a ramp program from templates in a day"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

It helped me prove the program works with real data, which made the budget conversation much easier. I can stand up an entire ramp program from templates faster than I used to build a single scenario. It also broadened where I can apply ramping, well beyond the core sales team. I had scenarios live within hours of getting access, with no long setup.

I no longer have to rebuild the library from scratch every time the pitch shifts. Having practice and reporting in one place is what made the switch worth it for me. The analysis flags product-claim accuracy, which is exactly where reps tend to slip, and it lets me prove readiness with data before a cohort ever touches live accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

I noticed some voice latency early on, but it has improved since then. Still, I’d mention it as part of a phased rollout so expectations are set appropriately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lets the program scale faster than we hire"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

The customer success team understands what I’m trying to fix in our sales motion, not just how to use the product. Reps show up to coaching prepared, which means I can spend the hour on the hard parts instead of recapping basics. They stay engaged because the drills mirror the deals they handle every day. And as our pitch evolves, the library keeps growing with it without turning into a separate, ongoing project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

I’d like richer out-of-the-box manager views. The pieces are there, but they still need to be assembled into something more complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps the global pitch from drifting region to region"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

New reps are reaching quota readiness faster than they did under our old instructor-led ramp. The platform has handled our headcount without the performance issues I expected at this scale. Ramp-up is also more consistent across regions because every rep trains on the same scenarios. Pitch coaching now reaches every region at the same time, instead of slowly rolling out office by office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

More native integrations would really help. The team has added a few of the ones we requested, but the list still isn’t complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

The data surfaces patterns across a cohort that I can genuinely build sales coaching around. The analysis also flags product-claim accuracy, which is exactly where reps tend to slip. As a manager, I can pick up a template and tailor it to my segment without starting from scratch. I can also use the data to prove readiness before a cohort ever touches live accounts. What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

I’d like to see more integrations with our stack. The team has already added a few that we requested, so I’m keeping an eye on the roadmap to see what’s coming next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Retires a patchwork of regional sales training"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

When the pitch changes for a product line, the owning team can update its own library directly. Because each line has its own library, a change to one product doesn’t disrupt another. Our reps can start drilling the new messaging the same week the product ships. For leadership, it provides a defensible view that ramp is consistent and uniform across the organization. We’ve also standardized objection-handling coaching across the entire global team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

I noticed some voice latency at first. It has improved since then, but I’d still flag it as something to watch closely during a phased rollout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scales sales onboarding without adding headcount"

What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

What sold me is that the same program ramps any sales team, from SDRs to strategic AEs. The data tells me who is ready to carry quota and who needs another cycle. The breakdown shows me which reps actually know the product and which are bluffing. Consolidating tools cut the time I spend assembling reports each cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

The pricing took some back and forth to understand, it lands fine once you do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps every market on the approved pitch"
5/5
What do you like best about Second Nature AI?

Having Salesforce sit alongside the practice data gives my managers one place to look. Reporting rolls up across every region into one framework I can show the board. Permissions are detailed enough to clear a security review without exceptions. The central console gives me one view into every library. The analysis grades what a rep said about the product, not how polished they sounded. A new market comes online in days because the playbook is already centralized. Compliance is comfortable because every scenario ties back to approved messaging. Reps rehearse a tough negotiation in a safe place before any live deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Second Nature AI?

A few non-English scenarios trailed English, so we run a review pass before rollout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
