**What do you like best about Second Mile?**

What I appreciated most is their prescriptive approach and expertise, especially as we're brand new to this area. Very friendly, collaborative, and fun to work with.

**What do you dislike about Second Mile?**

Nothing I disliked. I greatly appreciate all of Natalie's work for us.

**Recommendations to others considering Second Mile:**

When transitioning strategies and onboarding to new software, having someone who always responds in a timely manner is important. That's what I'm most grateful for with my experience with Second Mile.

**What problems is Second Mile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This was our first venture into HubSpot and applying automated marketing tactics to our business strategy. Natalie and team were incredibly helpful with onboarding, training, and being a key resource whenever we had questions. Always quick to respond with the right solution and critical in our efforts to expand promotions to various segments.
