I found the templates for the guidelines to be especially helpful. The Secfix system organizes and automates the tasks, creating connections to ISO 27001 so that you don't need in-depth knowledge of the standard to use it effectively. However, since we store our data in a smaller data center that cannot be integrated with Secfix, we have to manage our inventory and data imports manually. As a software development company with a varied product portfolio, we previously had only basic processes and workflows in place, largely due to how our organization evolved over time. Secfix was instrumental in helping us establish structure within our development process and in identifying potential risks. Their support was invaluable as we worked to implement ISO 27001.
