The integration into our existing system went largely smoothly thanks to the available integration options. What do you dislike about Secfix? Although most integrations worked smoothly, connecting to some of our internal tools required more manual configuration than originally expected. The documentation in these cases was not as detailed as with the standard integrations. In addition to the broad range of functions, we would like more depth in certain areas, such as tracking non-conformities or supplier access management. Overall, getting started with the system was manageable, but it did involve some effort. While this is unavoidable to a certain extent, it is helpful to keep this in mind during planning.
