SeaVint is a Windows program for ship masters and officers that takes the paperwork off the bridge. It sits next to Outlook, reads ship mail and prepares replies, port forms, crew lists and voyage documents for the master to check and send. It tracks crew documents and ship certificates with expiry reminders, and since version 1.3 it reads tables from the web-based ship management system the company already uses (crew list, certificates, PMS jobs, requisitions) by a saved link, with the master's own login, and shows what changed. Data stays on the ship's computer and it works without internet; AI help is optional and on request. Russian and English interface, signed one-click updates. Free for the ship; built by a serving chief officer.
