SeatPilot is restaurant reservation and guest operations software from Magnified Technologies. Restaurant teams can manage reservations, floor plans, table status, walk-ins, waitlists and guest information in one workspace. Configured website bookings enter the restaurant workflow alongside staff activity. Guest confirmations help staff track replies. Location-specific availability and permissions support restaurant groups. A configured CallPilot connection can support restaurant phone reservations where verified. The standard plan is CAD 250 per month before applicable tax. Location scope, messaging and operational setup follow the accepted agreement. Payment confirmation is separate from service activation.
