They are a fraudulent company that should be subject to class action lawsuits from consumers who they have stolen money from. **What do you dislike about SeatGeek Enterprise?** They will take your money for an event and then lock you out of your account preventing you from accessing. They tell you that you have to contact support and when you do you are told it will take HOURS for them to send you an email to resent your password and then NOTHING comes. I had to file a claim with my credit card company to recover the money they stole from me. **What problems is SeatGeek Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** SeatGeel is not solving any problem, they are CREATING problems.
