They are pro customer in most cases and go out of their way to do what is needed. **What do you dislike about SearchStax?** The pricing should be looked at, more tier and flexibility to choose for customers. I understand the challenges but steep price increases annually is not good for customers. **What problems is SearchStax solving and how is that benefiting you?** Searchstax is used as search for websites, managed by searchstax team. With less effort spent for managing & hosting search , development team can focus on other features and functionalities. Other configurations got changed as well which I did not ask for resulting in our indexing not working.
