The behavioral and predictive talent insights put the tools into the next level by using artificial intelligence and gathering insights that allow you to suit the job role to the best candidate and reduce any bias The filter of the tool allows you to sort out the perfect candidate and automate the interview process.The process of selecting a candidate is very easy with the help of predictive intelligence the toll offers. As a values-driven company, Searchlight has allowed us to ensure our reference checks reflect this. Managers and recruiters have found the platform both intuitive to use and valuable in providing helpful insight when making hiring decisions as well as when creating tailored onboarding plans for new hires. The founders are very data-driven and this shows in the product they've created as well. We're so impressed with functionality such as the performance reviews that they're releasing.
