Searcher OS is a SaaS platform purpose-built for entrepreneurs acquiring small businesses through Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA). The platform replaces the spreadsheets, email folders, and disconnected tools that searchers typically use. It consolidates deal sourcing, screening, pipeline management, document analysis, financial modeling, and broker relationship tracking into one integrated workflow. Core capabilities: - Automated Deal Feed: Aggregates business-for-sale listings from dozens of broker websites. Users define Buy Box criteria (price range, industries, locations) and receive matched deals daily. - AI CIM Analysis: Upload Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and get AI-extracted financials, risk flags, and opportunity highlights in seconds. What normally takes 1-2 hours of manual reading is reduced to seconds. - Pipeline Management: Visual Kanban board tracking deals through stages from initial interest through due diligence to close. - SBA Loan Calculator: Built-in DSCR calculations and scenario modeling for SBA 7(a) loan structures. A free version is available at searcheros.ai/tools/sba-calculator. - Custom Website Scraping: Submit any broker website URL and Searcher OS monitors it for new listings automatically. No competitor offers this. - Broker CRM: Track every interaction with business brokers, view deal history per broker, and maintain relationships across your search. Searcher OS serves independent searchers using SBA financing, search fund operators, and private equity teams sourcing deals in the $800K-$8M range. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
