The best thing I like about this Apollo platform is its extensive B2B contact database, combined with powerful prospecting filters, and it is also very much easier to identify the right decision makers based on the industry, company size, job title, and so on. Also, their built-in email sequencing tool, along with CRM integration, Chrome extension, and other enrichment capabilities, along with AI-powered features, make this platform an excellent all-in-one sales engagement platform. This platform also saves a considerable amount of time while improving outreach very effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Apollo? On certain instance some of the contact information provided by this platform needed verification before even doing the outreach, specifically in international markets. Their credit-based system can also require careful management for teams who are doing large-scale projects, where it can be burned very easily, which is annoying. I would say their 3rd party integration ecosystem should be widened up bed and onboarding those 3rd party platforms with this integration should be made better. This platform helps us by solving the problem of having an effective outbound sales process by combining prospecting and contact discovery, along with email sequencing, CRM synchronisation all into a single ecosystem. "Great Prospect Contact Data, but a Lagging Interface" 3.5/5 What do you like best about Apollo? Apollo has contact details for prospects that I couldn’t find in ZoomInfo or anywhere else. In many cases, I was able to find emails and phone numbers in Apollo that I had been searching for everywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Apollo? The user interface feels laggy. In ZoomInfo, I can easily find contacts using the “Advanced Search” feature. With that feature, I just type in the job titles and select the filters I need. In Apollo, though, selecting those filters feels a little messy to me, and it’s not as clear as ZoomInfo. For reference, please check out ZoomInfo’s advanced search feature. Another downside I’ve noticed is that when I export contacts, it asks every time whether I want to export unverified emails too. That gets annoying. Also, maybe because of my plan, I couldn’t find as much information during export in Apollo as I do in ZoomInfo, such as a person’s state or city, or company details like annual revenue. It solves a major problem for me: finding prospects’ contact numbers that I couldn’t locate anywhere else. My company primarily uses ZoomInfo, and Apollo has been my go-to whenever I can’t find a contact number in ZoomInfo. It has consistently helped me when I needed it most.
