I love that it is free, easy to use and has quick jump views between full page, html source and html tags. The Find function makes it quick to change stuff on the fly. SeaMonkey is a browser that doubles as an HTML editor (among other things). For HTML editing, the tool allows for WYSIWYG (what ya see is what ya get) editing, as well as code editing.
