I use Seamless (formally Seamless.AI) to map our markets in Northern Ireland and stay updated on sector changes. I love that it provides accurate contact details, including email addresses and mobile numbers, on more than 9 out of 10 occasions. It's an intuitive system, and having trialed other systems, the data accuracy is the best I've seen. The searching is straightforward, and I've found the accuracy to be excellent, with virtually no out-of-date data. Chris Bell provided an excellent introduction that really helped me beyond the trial and error experience with a demo account. The new AI features saves us a lot of time when shortlisting the reference and expert person outreach. I’ve noticed the data enrichment on LinkedIn Sales Navigator feels more fluid lately. The "Writer" AI feature is also a decent addition for quickly drafting a baseline for outreach messages when I’m hitting a creative wall, though I still customise everything. I really like the functionality of Seamless, especially how easy it is to use. The Chrome extension is extremely convenient because when I'm on a website, it automatically brings all the information onto the extension, which makes it very user-friendly. The only redeeming quality of Seamless.AI was its integration with Salesforce — that part worked. Unfortunately, much of the contact data populated into our CRM was inaccurate, which ultimately defeated the purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Terrible customer service experience. I reached out multiple times to discuss amending my contract due to changes in our systems — a completely reasonable request — and was met with complete silence. No response to emails, no response through the help desk. They simply ghosted me.

What's most frustrating is that I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I just wanted the opportunity to explain my situation and work together toward a solution. They wouldn't even give me that. Zero communication, zero flexibility, zero accountability.
