honestly the chrome extension is the best part. i use it a lot when scrolling linkedin to find emails for b2b partnerships and software companies for my site. finding the right contact info used to take forever but now it just takes seconds. data quality is surprisingly good, especially for tech startups. the dashboard is a bit cluttered when you first log in. there are just too many buttons everywhere so it takes a couple of days to figure things out. also emails are mostly accurate but sometimes direct phone numbers are old. it's kinda expected with this type of tool though. Customer support. I'm working with Daniel Anderer and his customer support has been fantastic. Patient, informative, and friendly. I’m currently trying to use it as a lead gen site, and this partnership only began about a week ago. So far, I haven’t received a single reply to the email blasts I’ve sent out, but it’s still early and the sample size is on the smaller side. Hard to tell just yet. Only about a week into having access to the service thus far. Only being able to "Find" 50 contacts a page thing is a major drag. Additionally, if someone doesn't "Find" all their 1K contacts every day, the contacts should role over to the next day. Additionally, isn't this automated? I really like that Seamless gives lots of phone number options, more than one email, and multiple bits of data. I really don't like the fact you have to hit "find" and then get it to load, but I understand why it does that because it's searching in real time. The thing I would definitely change though is having an employee scale rather than actual employee number, even if it's a bit of a guess. It makes it really, really hard because if you work for a company that's segmented in different employee numbers of who you can reach out to and who you can't, having 50 to 200 or 200 to 500 employees is really frustrating. if your cut off is 250 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Seamless.ai is extremely powerful when it comes to quickly finding contact data and building prospect lists. The platform makes it very easy to discover potential leads, especially for outbound sales teams. I particularly like the speed of the search and the ability to enrich company and contact data in a few clicks. For sales prospecting and lead generation it can significantly accelerate workflow compared to manual research.

Terrible customer service experience. I reached out multiple times to discuss amending my contract due to changes in our systems — a completely reasonable request — and was met with complete silence. No response to emails, no response through the help desk. They simply ghosted me.

What's most frustrating is that I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I just wanted the opportunity to explain my situation and work together toward a solution. They wouldn't even give me that. Zero communication, zero flexibility, zero accountability.

The price/benefits ratio is pricely were a contact search tool should be located. And the tool finds about 90% contacts correctly that we need to look up. A clean user interface, allows you to quickly find not only your curent information, but also look up you past searches.

The export tool is great whcih creates you a file that can be operated in Excel.

Sometimes it doesn't find a contact, or only after I also put the company information in. I don't like to do this, becasue in rare cases this tool makes up an email address. I use this feature as the last resort.

I also dind't find yet an ability to give my feedback and it stays in the record when I found a functional email address.

Lastly at the begin of a search I would like to select the category where the contact should be automatically store. Right now I can only do this after it finds the contact and I change a from default association to my select. of course I could change the default, but then I have to do this probably on every second search. I find Seamless (formally Seamless.AI) very easy to use. I love the ability to filter as finitely as I want to dig in deeper and be very specific, or to keep my searches more broad. The filtering options are great because I can find a very specific industry or job position, and also target specific areas, allowing for very finite searches.
