Responsive team for website production **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024 **What do you like best about Seahawk?** Friendly, courteous, willing to try. Usually quick to get things done. The time zone difference has worked to our advantage in that I can assign work to Seahawk at the end of my work day and come in the next day to review what they completed during their work day (while I was off the clock). **What do you dislike about Seahawk?** There have been times when we felt like we were running in the same issues over and over again as we were getting to know each other through the projects assigned to them. Those issues have largely been resolved but they would still benefit from checking their work and testing all links and downloads before submitting the work to us for review. That isn't being done consistently. **Recommendations to others considering Seahawk:** Have live meetings to get started to ensure everyone understands what is needed and to minimize the impact of any language barriers. Then working asynchronously is great! Most of our communication is through Slack or our project management platform and that's been a breeze! **What problems is Seahawk solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a small marketing team with very limited resources. Seahawk is taking on the bulk of our web production work, allowing our in-house team to focus on other activities. We use Wordpress templates for our marketing webpages.
