I use Scytale for SOC2 accreditation, and it really guides me through the audit process with a well-built interface to prepare everything that's needed. I appreciate its ease of use and find the UX very intuitive. I also like the people there, the pricing, and how easy the initial setup was. A bit difficult to find certain parts in the UI, some of the integrations may not reflect 100% correct depending on your configuration in the source system (for instance, we hade some issues with MFA compliance not showing correct due to how the integration interprets Entra ID Conditional Access rules). What I like best about Scytale is its user-friendly interface and automation capabilities. It simplifies compliance workflows by centralizing evidence collection and control tracking, which saves a lot of time compared to manual processes. One area that could be improved is the speed of certain processes when handling large volumes of evidence. Occasionally, the platform feels a bit slow during bulk uploads or when switching between multiple frameworks. I appreciate Scytale for helping me achieve my goal of getting a SOC 2 compliance certificate easily and with great care. Caitlyn Brown, my GRC consultant, provides superb service and is doing tremendous work. I like their attention to detail and how hands-off the experience is.
