I really value how Scytale guides and assists my company with SOC2 and ISO reviews, especially when some requirements are unclear, and we need guidance on which evidence to supply. The professionalism and competence of our GRC manager at Scytale, who is also very customer-oriented, make a big difference. I also appreciate how Scytale helps us communicate with the reviewers on various subjects like report timelines, payments, questions, and evidence. Every question gets an answer, which makes the whole process smoother. The platform is pretty intuitive, and even if I don't understand something, I just ask our GRC for assistance. Scytale was the only provider with a native integration to Hetzner, which made collecting evidence from our primary cloud provider much less onerous than a manual process.
