With the automatic evidince collection from certain applications out-of-the-box and the posibillity to create your own integrations and the help of Liya, our GRC Consultant, it did really made our recertification a lot more easier than before. It handles every aspect of our workload, which is exactly what we need at this stage.

So far, there isn’t anything in particular that I dislike. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to provide more detailed information about the platform’s AI features, since that would help users understand them better and make fuller use of the platform’s capabilities. We had a positive experience working with Scytale to achieve our ISO certification. Their team (and especially our contact person CJ) provided clear guidance and support, making the certification process much smoother for us. The platform itself is intuitive, provides a clear overview of policies, controls, user reviews, risks and training. Platform is evolving so we were facing some issues along the way (which were resolved swiftly though). One thing to note is that the effort required from our side was greater than anticipated, especially around implementing certain internal processes. With more upfront clarity on this, we could have prepared better. For future users, I’d recommend asking early about potential gaps between your current setup and the scalable processes required for certification. I really appreciate how Scytale helps us with compliance, especially in achieving ISO27001. Having their team on board, who know what they're doing, helped us reach our goals much faster. The platform is smooth and automatically collects our evidence, clearly shows us where our gaps are, and explains what we need to do to fix them. I also love the simple interface—no need to manually check all controls, as it shows exactly what evidence is needed for each one. The integrations with GitHub, Jira, Azure Services, and Google Workspace are a huge plus, allowing for automatic evidence collection with no extra effort from us. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy: log in through the email, and it just works. I could invite the rest of my team right away, assign tasks, and start working immediately. We are currently working with Scytale been assisting our organization with our SOC2 and HIPAA. The platform and our consultant have greatly streamlined and simplified the process for our organization. Our consultant Caitlin Brown has helped us navigate the process and tailor the standards to our operations.

Honestly very little to complain about. Early on there was a lot of material to take in, so a bit of a learning curve getting familiar with the platform, but Dor and the team made that easy.
