Its tools and features are great to do sculpting on the high-poly mesh. Sometimes, 3D characters need realistic detailing; that's where sculpt comes to help with its unique features. As a 3D Artist, to create hyper-realistic models, my first choice is Sculpt.The best part is its user interface is simple and easy to use for those who have knowledge modeling and sculpting stuff. If you are a beginner, you should not use Sculpt as it will be complicated because it has lots of tools and features that you'll not understand for the first time. When I first used the Sculpt, I also felt little difficulty with its vast tools and features, but with practice, it'll become a habit, so be patient with it. In my view, Sculpt is simple for those who are pretty experts in 3D Modeling. It is not for newbies, so they should fix that and make it more easy for everyone. This modeling software has left a great taste in my mouth, since it allows you to create curves of complex shapes to others of organic design, it is very intuitive to use it to design functional and quality products, which is an advantage these days. Since technology has evolved towards 3D printers, it is important to have good software that allows us to have good details in 3D creation so that 3D printing has good quality and this is one of the software that allows it. I have used it for a long time since I am passionate about 3D and this software is discontinued :( Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Sculpt: The software itself is already discontinued since it gave way to a new one (which I have not had the pleasure of using) but I imagine that the new one is with new features and that it has not lost the quality; therefore I would take it into account for projects that require good precision and complex creations and easy handling. Sculpt is very versatile to use, and it helps to create tiny details in the 3D model and is very useful for sculptors. The Sculpt 3D is significantly harder to learn and use by beginners, and it takes more time to get aware of the entire options available in that. The system requires high-end configurations. I enjoy how simple it is to jump in and start creating something new. Being able to import a 2D drawing and start sculpting based on it is impressive and very helpful.
