**What do you like best about Scrutinizer?**

Once configured, gives a good overview of network activity.

**What do you dislike about Scrutinizer?**

Confusing interface
Difficult to customize
Virtual Appliance is handicapped compared to physical hardware.


**Recommendations to others considering Scrutinizer:**

If you purchase, go with the Hardware Appliance. It's much more flexible than the VM for capturing traffic. 

**What problems is Scrutinizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's useful for tracking protocol usage and traffic volumes.
