It needs to have a comprehensive data analysis tool. There is too much information about every prompt, It would be great to be able to just ask an AI tool: 'Let me know what kind of content is working for each prompt topic' / 'let me know where my competitors are gaining ground over me'. I use Scrunch AI to track my company's ranking and share of voice across LLMs. My favorite feature is the ability to track custom prompts and roll them up into central categories, giving us a real-time pulse on how our brand is performing against our competition on a granular level. I like how you can upload your own prompts to the platform and it shows you the results for each day for that specific prompt in all different AI platforms. This is very helpful. I think recommendations is the weaker part. It was confusing with the groups the platform was recommending. It was not clear if we could create our own groups to organize the prompts. Scrunch gives us one of the clearest views I have seen of how brands show up in AI Search. I especially like that it shows real citation examples tied to the personas and content clusters we track. That makes the insights much more actionable. The agent monitoring and site maps also make it easy to quickly diagnose what is happening and build AI search strategies. I really like the Scrunch AI dashboard for what it shows and shares. It gives us good information to share with our clients. I appreciate that there's an API we can use. I like the different ways that you can chop up data, custom tags, and good visualizations. It's good to track how different wording variations of prompts change answers and how adding different qualifiers, like geographical ones, change the answers. I think the user interface, just because it's so feature dense and there's so much going on, can sometimes be hard to navigate. You can get lost in all of the functionality and stuff like that.
