I subscribed for an agency starter package after that since I liked the experience and the tool itself, which looks professional enough to pitch to an enterprise. It makes prompt tracking easy. The automatically generated prompts give you a good place to start when setting up a brand, and then you can refine the prompts as you get to know the landscape better. The line charts and day-to-day views are really easy to read (green vs. red). The agency starter package lets you track more prompts than most SEO software programs. You can economize your prompt usage by choosing to check against only the LLMs you really need to track (like ChatGPT) instead of all of them. The insights can be helpful, especially when trying to come up with quick wins for clients. I really like the agent traffic feature, which is something I haven't found in other software. The site audits are a good way to check the technical basics to make sure LLMs can access your site and content. **What do you dislike about Scrunch AI?** I like that the agency starter package comes with tracking for 450 custom prompts, but then again each LLM you select counts as 1. So if you want to monitor ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity, you only have 150 prompts you can track. Ultimately, this isn't a deal killer since you can upgrade for more prompts, which I'll likely do as I grow and add more clients. Other platforms don't always let you buy more prompts. Sometimes I notice that tracking will randomly skip for a day (or a few days). For example, I won't get ChatGPT results for a given prompt, but I'll get other LLM results. There's no good way to generate reports using Scrunch. I'm not advanced enough to figure out how to use the API to feed data into reporting tools.
