What do you like best about Scrubby?

We've been working with Scrubby for some time now and we're very happy with their service. Scrubby helps make lead gen data more actionable, and they do it with fast service, great customer relations, and a white-glove approach.

One of the things we most appreciate about working with Scrubby is how quickly they turn around our requests. They're always responsive, let you know where they are in their process and they make sure that our needs are met in a timely manner. In addition, the team at Scrubby is great to work with. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to consult with us on all things related to scrubby and beyond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scrubby?

One area we look to improve with them is the turnaround time for very time-sensitive requests. Because some of their processes take more time than 24 hours, we sometimes need the data in a faster time frame and have to look for alternatives for the times we need the absolute fastest turnaound time. While this hasn't been a major issue for us, we'd like to see them add it to the mix. Overall, their quality fits 99% of our needs wrt to time and quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scrubby solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scrubby solves the very difficult issue of how to trust lead gen data. Verifying leads that can sometimes be personal/webmail emails along with business emails is tough work. Add in issues around grey-listing and the increasingly large "catch-all" segment of b2b emails, it becomes necessary to work with Scrubby or someone like them.
