In terms of cons, the customer support experience was a problem for my company. On some occasions, we have had difficulty receiving quick responses to my questions or effectively troubleshooting the platform. This caused frustration, especially when we were working to tight deadlines. Another drawback is the cost. While I appreciate the features and benefits that Scrive offers, we found that the price can be quite high for a custom plan, being a small business. Being a financial service Institution that deals with many documents it has helped us to easily keep track of agreements with clients with a very effecient and straightforward validation process that allows us to know which documents are signed and those that are pending.
