Documentation is good, integration rpcess is clear and speeds up onboarding process a lot. **What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scrive reduces the time needed for signing documents, which is widely used during the onboarding process. We usually set up all our users in test for education purposes but are looking for ways to migrate them to production (since we create the account in production but from test sandbox) This issue will be simplified once we start using an equivalent test account for that test sandbox. Eagerly awaiting. **Recommendations to others considering Scrive:** If you are looking for: Clean user interface with very good overview of the signing process in combination of full language support, in particular Scandinavian languages; Support for Nordic BankID identification for both viewing and signing; Also supports use outside of SalesForce(other parts of your organization, HR in our case); ... then this is the product to choose. We did a thorough analysis with a test setup of three eSign suppliers and made the choice based on the following: Clean customer interface; Full language support, Standalone feature(outside of Apttus/SalesForce); Independence of addon products; Pricing compared to the alternatives was a also an advantage but the technical analyses was it self the winning factor; Ease and access to quick support both during and after evaluation. **What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Secure and clear agreements with our customers. You might use the "template" function but sometimes it would be helpful to be able to copy and repeat one process for the everyday flow of signatures (e.g. within the finance function where several invoices are manually authorized by several different people). **What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scrive makes it easier for us to digitally manage workflows, which we were using even before the Covid outbreak, but even more after. The system itself is very simple to understand and support was not needed except when there were bigger updates. It is possible to call the team members at any time to get support or advice, it is really an additional value to be able to speak directly to key persons in the organization instead to dropping an email and hope for a quick answer of waiting in line at a switchboard for hours! Two thumbs up! **What do you dislike about Scrive?** I consider Scrive as by far the market leader in the Nordics, but integration with authentication services/providers in other markets had to be established. The team has reacted quite fast implementing the integration but this might not be needed with other competitors. The application, probably since intended for mainly signing documents and not to manage them, does not come with real workflow functionalities nor the possibility to create advanced views/logics over documents. This required us to sit together at the drawing table to specifically define our needs ,but this came with the benefit of obtaining a final product tailor made to out expectations. **Recommendations to others considering Scrive:** Be clear in what you want to achieve and start small. Build awareness in the team to secure adoption from day 1, do not overdo since this will scare end users, especially if not familiar with digital tools. Involve compliance as soon as possible in the discussions, the approval might take longer than implementation being a specific topic with a lot of different interpratation. **What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Several players were involved in several moments and locations in the signing process and this created extra costs. The level of security introduce with esignature and the redesigned process have contributed to reduce the amount of errors, the amount of rework (missing/wrong signatures..) and reduce the overall operational risk in the on-boarding process.
