You can't mark anything or highlight anything, or copy anything from the PDF that you've uploaded, which is highly annoying. You can't search for written content in the PDF either. There are flexibility issues in general. The initial setup was tedious and quite hard. It was inflexible, and we had to get a lot of hands-on support. When opening a support ticket, the first response shouldn't be that they've looked into it and it's not their issue. There needs to be proof that it's not Scrive at fault.
