In addition, with Scrive, we can have all pending documents or agreements signed securely and proceed with projects, transactions and operations with greater support and security. **What do you dislike about Scrive?** As someone who has used Scrive in the past, I have noticed both benefits and drawbacks to the platform. In terms of cons, the customer support experience was a problem for my company. On some occasions, we have had difficulty receiving quick responses to my questions or effectively troubleshooting the platform. This caused frustration, especially when we were working to tight deadlines. Another drawback is the cost. While I appreciate the features and benefits that Scrive offers, we found that the price can be quite high for a custom plan, being a small business.
