Again, the software holds several prescription capabilities, guided by manual and automated prescriptions, and all these eliminates errors. Finally, one can have a platform in form of portal for their patients. **What do you dislike about SP Central?** ScriptPro Telepharmacy is a software that fully facilitates the administering of prescription and guideline to the users, and hence, I love it passionately. I have nothing in mind against ScriptPro Telepharmacy. **Recommendations to others considering SP Central:** ScriptPro Telepharmacy is a guide and a connector to our patients. We issue them proper prescription and we conduct constant followup on their health progress. Other than that, ScriptPro Telepharmacy helps us in conducting general pharmacy management, something that helps us achieve our financial goals. **What problems is SP Central solving and how is that benefiting you?** ScriptPro Telepharmacy helps us in three major roles namely; telemedicine, where we get to connect with our respective clients, and guide them accordingly. Secondly, the software helps us in pharmaceutical distribution, where all our facilities get distributed with the respective medics. Good software. Auto refill is accurate. Sp has one of the most beautifully designed labels like the font and sizing **What do you dislike about SP Central?** installation and maintenance is very expensive. Insurance billing for compounded meds not easy. tracking refill requests was a hassle during my usage. if SP robot is installed it has limited vial sizes that can be put and if you are a busy pharmacy a technician will have to be there to constantly fill the vials and meds and take care of the machine . If the pills are too large are little powdery count is inaccurate. The vial are labelled but not capped if not removed in time from the belt they spill. **Recommendations to others considering SP Central:** marketing **What problems is SP Central solving and how is that benefiting you?** inventory management , Insurance audits (easy to submit whatever is asked for) ### 7.
