It was a free substitute for Adobe Indesign. It got the job done without having to pay the monthly fee for the Adobe suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Scribus solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm able to make simple document layouts and export for use with other programs in a pinch.
