The editing features aren’t very intuitive, and I’d like to see more options for making changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good system that’s easy to navigate, and it lets me create clear, powerful explanation and training videos quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its simplicity is what makes it stand out. Instead of cutting and pasting screenshots and other bits and pieces, it pulls everything together and even helps define the steps along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of use of Scribe. I also like how the click graphic appears, as it helps draw attention to exactly where to go. The descriptions work pretty well, though some minor tweaking may be necessary. It was very easy setting up Scribe, and there wasn't anything challenging about it. The only thing I would say is that it's necessary to get the upgraded Scribe that you pay for because the free version doesn't work as well. Not that it doesn't work, but you don't get as many features. The only thing I'd like to see with the free version of Scribe is to move the click graphic, allowing users of the free version to have a little more usability. I like that Scribe is easily shareable and device-friendly. It's easy to use, and I appreciate that you can edit SOPs easily afterward. I also like that it grabs the logo or design from the company when I'm creating SOPs or a step-by-step guide. It's great that everything is in one place, making it easily accessible and intuitive to follow. The initial setup for Scribe was very easy, which I found really convenient. {"The export feature is clunky and doesn't respect the quality of visuals when live.","Downloading PDFs is complex, and I don't want bloat in the files.","There are long load times and bugs when organizing files, sometimes causing them to not copy properly or copy twice.","Voice transcription is laggy and delayed, lacking flexibility in transcribing text.","Importing manual SOPs into Scribe is too time-consuming, making it difficult to turn them into Scribes."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's helpful to have photos with the circles to show exactly what you need to be done. I also like that I can share it with others in the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That it combines steps. I usually have to deselect and write instructions on each step. Sometimes the steps need more in depth instructions and AI doesn't get it correct, so you have to go through each step carefully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is a good tool for sending and sharing information with friends, clients, and others. It makes it very easy to describe the steps clearly and then send them.
It also captures every click efficiently, which helps ensure nothing gets missed.
I have used unpaid version and it works good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s difficult to unmerge steps or re-add deleted steps that are automatically done by AI, and the app gets confused and slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Scribe for creating training documents for accounting teams. I find it really helpful that Scribe allows screen and keyboard capture, which helps to compile the training documents. The voice function is great too. I like how easy it is to use and how I can turn the slides into movies and embed them. The image editor has improved and I like it much better than the last version. The initial setup of Scribe was easy, just log in and ready to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Improve the number of clicks it takes to get into the image editor, which has improved and I like it much better than the last version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fairly intuitive, not complicated way to document many of the tasks I do each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A little bit of a learning curve as far as editing and sharing, need to understand better when to manually add a step or tip Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Scribe very intuitive and easy to use. I'm fairly tech-savvy, and the short walkthrough on my first scribe was enough instruction to make me feel very proficient in it. It saves so much time from having to go and screenshot everything, come up with captions, etc. The initial setup was so easy, just creating an account and then starting to create scribes. Sometimes when the AI merges steps together, it creates a bit more work to unmerge. I also wish there was an easier way to auto-redact PII from all steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Scribe can easily capture an entire process as you perform it and automatically adds text. It presents processes in a much more professional manner than the traditional screenshots in Word documents that we were using and is far quicker.
The option whether to do voice capture or not is great as you can add deeper narrative by talking as you go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Whilst you can crop the images, the space that the image takes up on a scribe remains the same and takes up a large proportion of the screen. It can make it quite onerous to scroll through long sequence of simple instructions where you really only need a snippet of a message box or menu drop down i.e. the image takes up the same space whether you are capturing a whole screen or a simple pop-up box.
