## Scribe Reviews
  ### 1. Detailed Screenshots, User-Friendly, and a Huge Upgrade from Manual Documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angie F. | Process Documentation Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

The detail in the screenshots is great. It's also very user friendly and easy to learn a new step or two that makes the editing faster.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

Seriously, nothing. It's such an improvement over doing this process manually with screenshots into Word or Publisher. In the past month as I am leaving my position, I have Scribed over 30 processes so my team isn't left in the dark after I leave.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The turnover we have at our company is pretty quick when someone decides to leave, so a lot of times, all the information they store in their head, is gone with them. The folks left behind are left with little to no info and end up re-creating processes from piecemeal information they had.
I was part of a large project for the past year setting up a manufacturing and billing process for that factory, as well as other billing processes for another division. I set up all the spreadsheets for inventory and logistics tracking for both teams. I agreed to document as much as I could during my transition out timeline, and luckily I had already been using Scribe for my day-to-day processes. Now I've completed over 30 new Scribes in the last month, and educated two different teams on how to use it as well. Now, hopefully in the future, they'll Scribe when tasks are generated not just when someone is leaving.

  ### 2. Effortless Walkthroughs and Smarter Onboarding with AI-Powered Guides

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah D. | Program Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I love how easy it makes to create walkthroughs and how-to guides for my team. It was simple to implement and has made onboarding new team members much more organized and efficient. The AI tools clean up my guides and remove redundant or unnecessary steps so that I don't have to do a lot of manual editing after the fact.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

The pricing of the pro plan is a bit of a pain point, but I do appreciate that they offer a discount for nonprofit programs. To get the full functionality, you will need to upgrade to the pro plan. The free version is pretty limited and is best for just trialing the software.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team has started onboarding more temporary, part-time employees more often. We are also a growing organization hoping to expand our programs. Scribe is allowing me to document processes transparently and share them easily, so that the information doesn't just live in my head. I am able to onboard and train team members much more efficiently, and it saves a lot of work on my end as a director.

  ### 3. Automated Screenshots and Text That Make Training Guides Fast and Clean

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron G. | Virtual Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

The automated screenshot capture and text generation are great. I can walk through a complex insurance renewal log or policy duplication in real-time, and Scribe automatically highlights the exact buttons and fields I hit. It cuts down the time it takes to build training guides by at least half, and the output looks clean without me having to manually format a bunch of images

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

It gets the job done, but it definitely has its moments where it lags or feels heavy on the browser. If you click through a process too fast, it sometimes misses a step or takes a second to register, so you have to intentionally slow down your workflow to get a clean capture

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training people on complex management systems is always a pain because missing one small messes up the data. Scirbe makes it way easier for the teeam to learn because the guides are visual, they see exactly where to click next, which cuts down my involvement in explaining where do they have to click exactly.

  ### 4. For those who say they don't have time to document, this is the solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

It makes documentation an immediate process, as there is no need to prepare the system: just carry out the process and then clean the guide. The AI function has also improved and adds context that may not be obvious solely with the screens and/or clicks.

Additionally, it is easy to remove, add, or modify steps on-the-go.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

Sometimes, if the guide is very long, it can affect the performance of the team. In short guides, this is not noticeable, but in guides with more than 50 steps (capture/text), it becomes noticeable.

There are also some features that are only available in Enterprise, and I would like to have them in Pro, such as the ability to have viewers.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows sharing knowledge and SOPs with the entire team in a "standardized" way, which helps build a knowledge library that can later be consulted by any member in the future.

Additionally, it is easy to use and, therefore, a single session is enough to explain how to start generating documents. Similarly, it includes videos that explain the tool and its functions, which further facilitates adoption.

  ### 5. Scribe Making Explanations Faster and Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I use Scribe for working with faculty and helping them with step-by-step processes. It ensures the cursor is highlighted and automatically summarizes the process, saving time. The AI side also describes screenshots and titles them. I like the simple interface and the ability to add or remove screens, as it helps me remove unnecessary screens quickly. The editing with a '+' or '-' sign makes it faster to capture important information without duplications.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I have Scribe pinned to my taskbar, but I get a lot of dialog boxes during the day even when I'm not engaging with Scribe. Suggestions would be if Scribe is not engaged by the user, there's no need for the dialog box to open unless Scribe has been activated by the user.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scribe to create step-by-step guides, troubleshoot issues, and it saves time by automatically highlighting the cursor, describing screenshots, summarizing, and titling processes.

  ### 6. I love Scribe. I don't know why every company isn't using this!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie G. | Customer Onboarding Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I love the browser extension. When I need to quickly show a colleague how to do something, I just grab a "Scribe" and send it along. It is so quick and easy!

I also love that I can edit the steps. Scribe is sometimes "too good" in that it documents something that is so specific, it may never be the same. I can go in and edit the step to be more general like "choose date/time".

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I think the only thing I don't like is that when I send someone a link to the Scribe, if they're not on my account, they can't always access it. Or maybe they need to sign up for Scribe and they don't want to or can't. I just convert it to PDF in those cases.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do a lot of process documentation. I can quickly document a step by step process light years faster than I used to do by manually grabbing screen shots.

  ### 7. Easy, Time-Saving SOP Creation with Smart AI Cleanup and Sensitive Info Blurring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

Easy to make complete SOPs for anything that it software intensive. It is also great that it has the ability to blur sensitive information while creating Scribes. This saves a lot of time on the backend.
Most of the items I have used it for are Chrome based and it offers an easy extension to start creating Scribes which is nice also.
The pricing is just right as well, I am willing to pay this amount to easily create new SOPs to relay information to my team.
The AI cleanup feature of Scribes in nice as well. I do not need to add a lot of extra details once the AI cleans up a document.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

Easy to use and fairly intuitive. I would like it if had more integrations with Google for easy upload and sharing to my team.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating SOPs for software that my team uses. Helps to create shorter guides than the walkthroughs created by the software company, especially when there are specific ways that we use it.

  ### 8. Fast, Easy Process Documentation with Smart AI and Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanika S. | Salesforce Developer 2, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

Easy to use UI. I am easily able to document Salesforce processes because of its integration with the app. Scribe is able to detect the duplicate steps because it uses AI and remove redundancy. My company uses it for its reasonable pricing.
It helps me document a process in 2–5 minutes; otherwise, it would take me about 30 minutes to 1 hour to write out the instructions and capture screenshots for everything I need to document.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I think the documentation around how to use Scribe could be improved, especially in terms of clarity and ease of understanding and also moving the scribes from one place to another - there should be an option on a scribe to do it.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me create an easily understandable document for the clients in less time

  ### 9. User-Friendly Onboarding: Click-by-Click Guides for QuickBooks Online & Double

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

Very user friendly across several different software programs. It's use with QuickBooks Online and Double have been very helpful for our company in preparing system guides. Extremely helpful with onboarding employees in assisting with their training giving them access to click by click instructions on how we preform day to day tasks and workflows.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

So far I haven't found many downsides of Scribe. I have only been using it for about a month, but so far I don't have anything negative to report.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scribe is solving how we train our new employees as well as how we train our existing employees on new systems and software. It's saving a significant amount of time in creating system guides so that we can have a searchable library of system guides for our employees to refer to. This will cut down on training time, and give current employees a point of reference for questions on situations they don't come across everyday.

  ### 10. A Tremendous Time Saver for Creating Interactive Guides

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duncan B. | BIM Cooordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

It is a tremendous time saver. Much faster than inserting screenshots in PPTs. Allows you to create interactive guides as well, not just static screenshots. the guide me feature is very useful.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

It would be helpful if you could organise your scribes, currently the UI on the main screen puts them all into one large bucket, if I have created pages, then I would like to be able to have the pages and then the associated scribes placed under them, sort of like folders and subfolders.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to quickly get user guides out. Our users are very visual. the guide me feature allows them to follow along.

  ### 11. Scribe: Automatic Screenshots, Intuitive UI, and Great Intro Pricing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

The automatic screenshot capture feature, which also captures where on screen it was clicked, or what should be typed in.

The UI is easy to navigate, both as an editor and a user.

Scribe has a good introductory price, and I was able to get a one-month free trial.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

The integrations can be improved a bit I would say. I had trouble starting the app using Google Chrome. It threw a Javascript error when I hit record. But in reality, it was running in the background and ended up capturing a lot of things I didn't need to capture.

The UI can be somewhat janky when editing screenshots.

I encountered a lot of slowdowns when editing an already captured screenshot, where it would take time to replace a screenshot.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scribe to generate user guides for solutions we provide to our clients. Things like Customized Learning Managment Systems and Interactive E-learning Content.

  ### 12. User-Friendly, Cost-Effective with Minor Audio Limitations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caryn L. | Director Educational Technology and Innovation Center, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I love using Scribe for how it records the specific clicks and highlights on the screen, making it easy for our teachers to follow along. The setup was super easy, and its intuitive interface is very user-friendly. Additionally, the cost provides great value, making it accessible to many.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

{"I had the misconception that the software recorded audio instead of using AI for transcription, and I wish this feature was included in my subscription cost.","I would like the opportunity to have audio transcriptions or recordings that can be attached to my scribes, as some learners appreciate hearing voice alongside reading.","It would be beneficial if Scribe added the option to edit downloaded documents directly in the platform instead of needing to use Microsoft to edit for privacy and then convert to PDF."}

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scribe to efficiently deliver tech tips to our faculty, helping them quickly grasp new technology features and make effective use of available resources.

  ### 13. Saves TIME with Consistent, Professional Guides

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy H. | Employee Relations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

This saves me so much manual work - Scribe is EASY to use, and I no longer need to use 3-5 pieces of software to put together a guide. I also like how consistent and professional the results are.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I wish there was an easier way to combine multiple scribes for very long processes

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scribe is making it simple for me to create straightforward instructions, and the results are consistent and professional. Previously, we had to use screenshots, then annotate them, then place them into Word and write instructions, then save as a PDF and send as an attachment. Scribe does a great job of using AI to create instructions to go with steps, all I need to do is add in a few extra words (usually a tip or alert). Creating animated/video/voiceovers was too difficult so we never did it. I'm looking forward to integration with Teams. Scribe performs well, and the pricing was very reasonable. Because we do a lot of training that's more visual or "how to" this is more cost effective than LMS options. The one time I had an issue, the support team responded VERY quickly. Set up was easy.

  ### 14. Easy Tutorial Creation with Accurate Step-by-Step Guides

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

It makes it very easy to create tutorials and step-by-step instructions for how to do a process or use a piece of software. The desktop app and browser plug-in are very easy to use and produce great results with accurate text based descriptions based on my motions and clicking on the screen. It is easy to share a link to the scribe or create a PDF to share afterwards.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

Sometimes some of the steps disappear from the final scribe. I have had to redo the same process multiple times because some critical steps disappear. The app and AI think it is not necessary, but the steps are in-fact necessary and important to the process I was trying to show.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have to give tutorials and how-to's for doing a process. It was a very manual and labor intensive process to create the guides for the process. Scribe has made it easier and free's up my time to do other things.

  ### 15. Easy-to-Follow SOP Guides with Detailed, Editable Steps and Integrated Screen Capture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberly G. | Strategic Advancement Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

The user readability is so easy to follow. The combination of visuals and texts facilitates the process to follow along SOPs. Moreover, the ability to edit the steps and add other features than just the steps make the guides extremely detailed. The screen capture that fully integrate the user discard the confusion of any features that may not be available.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

The downsides are that the desktop app stays open regardless if you close it.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scribe is helping me build tutorials that truly take workers hands through SOPs. This reduces questions directed at me and allow me to work on more important tasks.

  ### 16. User-Friendly Scribe That Makes Training Fast, Clear, and Fun

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa S. | Inside Sales Rep, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

What I love about Scribe is how user friendly it is. I can make a scribe in 5 minutes vs. hopping on a zoom meeting to explain to a colleague and hoping that they retain the information. This is a cool, new, non time consuming way to make sure that who you are training knows what to do step by step. It's actually kinda fun!

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I have no dislikes on Scribe thus far. I haven't run into in trouble or any annoying "deal with it" steps

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is so much easier to train colleagues on processes and procedures. They will know how to handle tasks step by step with minimal questions!

  ### 17. Intuitive UI and Effective AI Script Conversion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian F. | Associate Professor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I really feel that Scribe's user interface is very easy to use. I also like the fact that I can speak and the AI converts that into a script. I really enjoy sharing my Scribe files as movies that I can post on LinkedIn. It lets me create and publish documentation very quickly on different social media platforms, or provide my clients with Scribe documentations, making it easier for them to onboard with the product. The initial setup was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

It would be great if it was possible to create an avatar with my voice to make it maybe more authentic than using the high-quality AI voices that you now provide.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scribe to easily create and share documentation, which helps with client onboarding and social media publishing, making the process quick and efficient.

  ### 18. Revolutionized Our Process Documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bri L. | Recruiter, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I like the ease and clarity with which I can take pictures and document processes using Scribe. I appreciate that it assists in creating an easy step-by-step process and allows me to put links in there, making it easy for the user to click on them. I can capture this information directly from a browser or applications without needing to switch programs, which is convenient. It's helpful to have pictures within the Scribe that I can share with users or new employees who may have questions about a process. I also found the initial setup seamless and very easy.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

For me, starting out with the non-pro version, there's literally no features. So it's very important if you're going to be editing or wanting to modify anything or have AI available, that you get the pro version.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scribe helps me understand processes clearly with step-by-step guides and pictures. I easily capture information directly from a browser or apps and share it with users or new employees, making navigation efficient.

  ### 19. Real-Time Process Documentation Made Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** RaeAnna K. | Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

The best thing about Scribe is that I can document a process while I am actually doing the process in real time. I love that I don't have to do the process for show & that Scribe can follow along as I complete a real life scenario/example.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I don't like that you have to pay extra to use desktop applications. I lot of companies use alternative software other than cloud based software or ones that are only online.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scribe is solving the problem that most companies face today, nothing is documented or the documentation of the process is from 1983. Scribe is helping my company join the 21st century with easy to follow process guides that are interactive & user friendly.

  ### 20. A Game-Changer for Onboarding and Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

Scribe has made a real difference in how we onboard and train new hires. Instead of relying on memory after a training session, employees have a step-by-step guide they can reference anytime. The rollout across multiple departments has been smooth, and the desktop app makes capturing processes feel like a natural part of the workflow rather than an added burden. The UI is clean and intuitive, so adoption hasn't been a struggle. Pricing is very reasonable for the value you get, and the AI features have been a genuine improvement, especially when it comes to cleaning up auto-generated steps so guides don't need as much manual editing. The ROI has been clear from early on.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

When using the desktop app to capture, you do have to pause and switch between apps, which can interrupt your flow. The auto-capture can also generate extra steps for simple actions like clicks or deletions, so some cleanup is occasionally needed. The AI has helped cut that down significantly though, so it's much less of a friction point than it was initially.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were spending too much time re-explaining processes and rebuilding training materials from scratch. Scribe solved that by making it easy to create accurate, reusable guides without a big time investment. New hires get up to speed faster, and our teams spend less time on repetitive hand-holding.

  ### 21. Surprisingly Easy to Use with Well Laid Out Shareable Output

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

Surprisingly easy to use and the output is great

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

Cost obviously as a small user base... Sometimes while using it on a Chromebook it feels like it drags the system to be a bit slow. Occasionally if there is a pop-up window from a webpage capture, it doesn't show nicely, but that is rare

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing and creating SOPs for a multi-location restaurant group. Scribe keeps our formatting all the same more or less and ability to review and edit within a shared location is great. Only constraint is that we aren't sure where these will live long term if trying to integrate a chat bot into our operations for staff to be directed to information from a prompt, but haven't looked into too much yet

  ### 22. Incredibly User-Friendly Tool for Sharing and Streamlining Guides

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Terra L. | HR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

It’s incredibly user-friendly—anyone at my workplace can use it, even the most technically challenged. It also makes it easy to share guides across departments, which helps ensure we don’t lose any legacy processes. I especially like that it can flag when certain steps might be unnecessary, so we know what we can remove.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I think there could be more editable features, such as adding text or arrows to your clips

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to capture processes and SOPs, turning them into clear knowledge guides that help train future employees.

  ### 23. Effortless Documentation with Scribe’s Desktop App and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Desiree M. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

Scribe has been incredibly helpful in creating my documentation. It’s much easier compared to the usual process of taking screenshots step by step and manually marking where to click. The desktop app is also very convenient, as it allows me to create Scribes outside of the browser. Additionally, their customer support is easy to reach and very responsive. Their quick and helpful replies make the overall experience of using Scribe even better.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

The only downside I’ve encountered with Scribe is the inability to set folder-level permissions within the organization. I’m currently using Scribe Pro, and I was hoping to separate access for our smaller teams. Unfortunately, this level of permission control isn’t supported in the current plan, which makes it a bit challenging to manage team-specific content.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scribe makes creating documentation and SOPs incredibly easy. As someone responsible for developing Knowledge Base articles and SOPs for my team, it has truly been a game changer.

  ### 24. Effortless Documentation with Scribe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharon L. | Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I really like how easy Scribe is to use and how it allows me to create step-by-step processes quickly. It's really great that even if the program isn't on the Internet or a Chrome tab, you can still capture steps and processes. I love the movie version of the outputs, which narrates by itself, making it not just a big long PDF or a scroll website. The feature where you can change the playback speed of the video is really cool, so I don't have to sit through a long video if I can absorb the material faster. I'm grateful for these features and find the software very intuitive, especially as someone who's more into spreadsheets than creating visual content.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

It's probably user error on my part, but I sometimes have trouble figuring out how do I just go ahead and download a Scribe for myself as opposed to doing it through the share functionality? Like, when I hit the share button when I'm done editing, it's easy to do it as a slideshow or a scroll or a movie. But for some reason, I found it a little bit tricky to find out how to do that just for myself.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scribe speeds up creating how-to processes efficiently, making it easy for anyone to jump in and document procedures. Its ease of use and intuitive editing are great, even for someone not usually creating content.

  ### 25. Effortless Process Documentation with Scribe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ximena C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I love Scribe for its friendly UI, easy login, and easy installation, which make using it a breeze. The process summary it creates right after capturing a process is fantastic, making it my favorite tool for end-to-end process documentation. I appreciate how it helps me save time by allowing me to capture operator clicks quickly without losing information. It's super easy to share Scribes, eliminating the worry of saving my work on every PC. Overall, it's a super good product that I absolutely love.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I think making Scribes shareable (not making them private right when I generate them) would improve my experience as a user.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scribe makes process mapping easy, gathering workflow info directly in operation without disrupting current jobs. The friendly UI and easy install save time capturing operator clicks, preventing info loss.

  ### 26. Makes Training New Hires on Repetitive Tasks Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt M. | Ecom Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

How easy it is to teach a new employee a new task, especially ones that are repetitive and low risk

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

You have to be on the Pro plan to create Scribes outside of the browser, which is frustrating because most of our work isn’t done in the browser.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time it used to take to pause what you’re doing, sync up with a colleague, and sit side by side to walk through a task is now completely automated. Instead, there’s an easy-to-use, step-by-step link that can be viewed whenever it works best for anyone.

  ### 27. Phenomenal Tool for Creating Effective Visual Guides

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dustin L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I find my experience with Scribe phenomenal because I can easily create how-to guides to help with network administration tasks, even when I'm not at work. What I like most is the Windows capture app, which allows me to capture the whole screen or specific apps, not just the browser screen. It helps me guide others by showing them visually how to do things or where to find documents, making training and onboarding much clearer. Additionally, the setup was really easy, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I wish there was a print button on the main page for sharing instead of having to share, then export, and then print a PDF, Word document, or Excel sheet.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scribe to capture and create how-to guides to help with network administration when I'm not at work.

  ### 28. Simplifies Documenting Processes with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz V. | Associate Pastor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I like how Scribe makes it much easier to grab screenshots and record clicks, then go back and edit every step instead of having to build everything from scratch. I appreciate that it records every single step, so I don't miss anything. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

What I love is also what can be frustrating - it sometimes records too many steps, so I have to delete them if they are irrelevant/unnecessary or merge them together. The merging process could be easier.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scribe to document new process steps and pass processes off to my team. I make sure the new process is done how I want, but don't retain the ownership of it ongoing.

  ### 29. Diversified Learning Options, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iman M. | Director of Multifamily Operations | Regional Property Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I like that Scribe offers different options to share information, whether it's written, or a movie, or through guide me mode. It provides so many different options that cater to how people learn, allowing everyone to get the necessary information in a way that best fits their learning style. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up Scribe; I needed no help at all.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I don't like that for the best workflow, everyone on my team would need an account just to view scribes. But I've been able to work around that by making it to where anyone who has the link can view. They don't need a Scribe account. I just want them to be able to see the scribe that was made.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scribe to help my team be more efficient by ensuring everyone receives the workflow the same way. It offers multiple sharing options like PDFs and movies, catering to different learning styles.

  ### 30. Turns Real Workflows into Clear, Shareable Step-by-Step Guides Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam G. | Executive Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

What I like best about Scribe is how quickly it turns real workflows into clear, step-by-step documentation without interrupting the work itself. It makes it much easier to capture processes as they happen, which has been especially helpful for my role documenting operational and administrative workflows The interface is straightforward and sharing guides with others is simple.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

One limitation is that Scribes often require manual cleanup after recording, especially when sensitive information needs to be removed or when the captured steps include unnecessary clicks. The editing tools are functional but can feel somewhat limited when trying to make more precise adjustments.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the challenge of documenting processes quickly and accurately without relying on manual write-ups. Many of the workflows I support involve multiple systems and detailed steps, and capturing those consistently can be time-consuming. It also makes it easier to transfer knowledge, support team members in different time zones, and keep operational documentation up to date as processes evolve.

  ### 31. Instant Screen Captures Turned Into Shareable Step-by-Step Guides

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather B. | Customer Support Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I like that I can screen-capture something and have it immediately turned into a step-by-step guide, which I can then share in multiple formats.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I’d like a dedicated button to start my scribe instead of having to tap the screen. Having to click on the screen has caused a few false starts for me.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has freed up a lot of my time because I no longer need to make a video or insert screenshots with a voice-over or text.

  ### 32. Saves me SO much time! Still room for improvement, but will always recommend.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah S. | System Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I love how easy it is to use. It's intuitive and easy to edit screenshots and add annotations. I like that you can link to headers.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I wish:
- You could turn off the Magic Edits functionality. I always Undo All changes anyway. I would rather just see my raw Scribe from the beginning and toggle this setting off.
- Subheadings were available. This would be GOLD.
- You can add your own custom icon that shows next to the title.
- You could paste in screenshots more easily within the Scribe that you took independently of the Scribe (not necessarily having to upload)

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manually taking and annotating screenshots. This has saved me SO much time!

  ### 33. Efficient SOP Creation And Easy Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda . | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I really like how Scribe significantly cuts down on the time it takes me to create a high volume of SOPs and makes it straightforward to review and make minor edits before finalizing. Also, it's great that I can easily share SOPs with people who don't have a Scribe account via a link. I appreciate that it can track my steps across multiple platforms at the same time, not just one window. I love that it automatically screenshots and adds click indicators. The AI-powered descriptions/instructions that are automatically created are the best part. The initial setup was very quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

Sometimes the desktop window glitches when you're scrolling through steps as you're actively capturing, but it is still usable. It just flashes rapidly and moves the list up and down if you start deleting steps and scrolling in that window.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scribe to efficiently create SOPs, reducing time and effort. It simplifies sharing SOPs via links, and automatically captures steps, screenshots, and creates AI-powered descriptions. It's a huge improvement over Sweet Process, which was manual and hard to share.

  ### 34. Straightforward SOP Creation That Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

Scribe is straightforward and easy to use, and I really appreciate the time it saves me when writing SOPs.

Embedding through SharePoint seems easy enough, and I like that if a Scribe is updated, the embedded version follows those updates.

I also really appreciate the webinars, because they teach functions I probably wouldn’t have tested or known about otherwise.

I haven’t noticed any lag when using Scribe, even when uploading from the desktop app. I’ve done a capture with over 100 steps; there was a small wait time, but nothing dramatic.

I can’t really speak to the pricing since my company pays for it. That said, I was part of the original discussions, and I do believe the price is worth it.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

One thing I don’t personally like is the Smart Edit function. I don’t like that it removes steps automatically, and I usually click “redo steps” because I’d rather take the extra couple of minutes to review things myself. It would be more helpful to me if the AI suggested what it thinks is redundant (for example, with text next to the capture), instead of removing steps automatically.
Oh, and I liked the old Scribe logo better—it was more colourful :)

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scribe is straightforward and easy to use, and I really appreciate how much time it saves me when writing SOPs. I also believe it will help my company organize our SOPs better. Since we’re in an “Emergency” field, it’s important that everything is updated in a timely manner, and I feel Scribe helps us do that.

  ### 35. Scribe Makes SOP Creation Fast and Effortless - Mostly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

Capturing with Scribe essentially allows you to capture needed materials for an SOP and outline the document at the same time. The amount of time this saves you as a creators scales with the size of the documents you are creating.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

- The AI polishing process is triggered automatically. This actually adds time to the process for very simple documents. The polishing process is valuable, but users should have the option to trigger it manually instead of it happening by default.

- The UI is the weakest feature of Scribe. You get diminishing returns the more folders you use for organization because the menu becomes cluttered. Resizing of navigation panels, to my knowledge, also isn't possible. Moving a Scribe or a Page to a new folder is a hassle because selecting "create new" when you have navigated to the folder you want still puts the new creation in uncategorized, so you have to move the new creation manually by dragging it to the appropriate folder---which again, becomes harder process the more folders and subfolders you have in your Team.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accelerates the pace of SOP Document planning and creation to a degree previously impossible to attain with the tools our team had previously.

  ### 36. Effortless Documentation and Dual-Tasking Powerhouse

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen T. | Senior Salesforce Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I use Scribe to create click paths for my clients and it makes documenting what clients should do much easier, speeding up the creation of training and user guides. I like that the raw data of instructions is created at the speed it takes me to do a task. I think it's cool that you could also record a video at the same time, if that's what your client needs. It's automatic double-tasking! Compared to what we used to do with Loom, Scribe makes it a lot simpler since you can just delete the steps you don't need without having to re-perform the work. Plus, the initial setup was super-easy since a co-worker did it for me.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

The descriptions for what I do in Scribe are very scenario-specific e.g. "Type Sarah" instead of "Type a first name". I don't know how to improve that ultra-specific description for each step. It's easy enough to edit the instructions, or to provide an overall instruction for anyone using the guide to understand the context.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scribe to create click paths for my clients, making it easy to document what they should do. It speeds up creating training and user guides, and the instructions are generated as fast as I perform tasks.

  ### 37. Effortless AI-Powered Documentation That Records Every Step

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander B. | Accounting Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

It is very helpful that scribe documents every clip. After getting the clips together, it uses AI to streamline your scribe. You need to do an action once, and it is recorded and can be used.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

Nothing. Everything is very straightforward and smooth.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps not have to teach new employees things over and over again. Instead, they can just reference the scribe and they will know how to do the said action

  ### 38. Intuitive Tool Enhancing Step-by-Step Guidance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriela R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I like how Scribe makes it easier to show employees step-by-step processes by actually demonstrating how tasks are done. I appreciate the pause and voice options while capturing; the pause feature allows me to exclude unwanted parts without having to go back and delete, and the voice option makes it easy to dictate while actively doing tasks, which helps with reviewing and editing later. The ability to collaborate and the download feature/software are great, and I find it very user-friendly. The initial setup was pretty easy, just sign in and a quick run-through was provided.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I think the option to put alerts onto the screen capture would be useful.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scribe makes it easier to show step-by-step processes, allows me to exclude what I don't want, and the voice feature helps with dictation. Our team values the collaboration, download feature, and user-friendliness.

  ### 39. Effortless SOPs and Training Manuals with Scribe’s Powerful AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

Implementing Scribe was a breeze when we decided to incorporate it into our daily operations. I really love the AI features that help us create our SOPs, and the platform is genuinely easy to use. We’ve been able to build entire training manuals in Scribe, and our employees have been impressed with the quality of the content it produces. On top of that, it’s affordable and scalable for teams of any size.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

Honestly, I haven't found anything I dislike about Scribe!

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We urgently needed training guides and updated Standard Operating Procedures, but nobody on our team had time to create the walk-throughs, capture screenshots, and edit documents to ensure they make sense. Scribe eliminates all of that work, and helps us create amazing job aids by just recording the screen as someone is doing the steps.

  ### 40. Effortlessly Creates Interactive Training Materials

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saurabh A. | Sr. Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I've been using Scribe to create learning materials that are interactive and used in various countries, which is important for training. It's so easy to use Scribe; it feels like you're giving an orientation to users, showing them the system. The screen capture on every click and voice-to-text dictation on each step is quite helpful. Scribe creates interactive training materials which can be exported in various formats, like HTML. It is especially useful in this age of AI, making a usually tedious process a breeze. You can go through an entire product in a few hours and create interactive training materials effortlessly. I also like that it can be integrated everywhere, and it was quite easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I'm also interested in developing videos in the future, and I suppose a video could also be generated through the similar sort of Scribe steps that I'm describing.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scribe to create interactive training materials easily, making a tedious process simple. It captures screen and voice to text, creating helpful, exportable materials quickly.

  ### 41. Turns All-Day Process Documentation Into an Hour

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia C. | Associate Directoor for IR - Tech and Surveys, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

It’s easy to document both web and desktop processes. The AI editor does a great job cleaning everything up, and it can turn what would normally be an all-day project into something that takes about an hour.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

Some longer processes work better when they’re broken into two or three sessions, with plenty of refinement along the way. It’s important to run through the steps beforehand so you can avoid unnecessary clicks while recording.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re working on knowledge documentation and transfer in our office, and it’s really helping to streamline things.

  ### 42. Effortless Workflow Documentation Without Disrupting BAU

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Val D. | Member Sales and Service Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

Makes documenting workflows and creating work guides incredibly simple with no need to deviate from BAU work. You can document as you do your work passively.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

Redacting tool could be more driven by AI to blur out actual text rather than large blocks of the screenshot.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documenting and creating step by step instructions can be incredibly tedious and time consuming, taking screenshots manually and having to type up steps is incredibly inefficient.

  ### 43. Effortless Documentation with Scribe

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunil T. | Sr. Application Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I really like that with just a click, Scribe captures the screen recording step by step, which makes it easy to create knowledge-based articles. This feature is beneficial for showing the procedure so anyone, even newbies, can understand what’s happening within the process. I also find it handy that it captures steps even when switching tabs. The setup was very easy, as it didn't require logging in separately; we just got the credentials, filled in our profile details, and were good to go.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

Nothing at the moment

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scribe for creating knowledge-based articles with step-by-step procedures, making it easy for newbies to understand processes and handle tickets.

  ### 44. Effortless Process Documentation and Team Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac G. | Technology Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

What I like about Scribe is that it is easy to use. Once it's up and running, any employee, not just an IT person or administrator, can fire up a scribe and use it. Another thing I really like is that it has an app that allows bouncing between different applications, so you're not just confined to a web browser. You can switch applications and narrate your actions as you go. This capability to capture work across multiple applications is a big deal, especially since many employees work across different systems. It was probably a deciding factor for us when comparing other similar tools.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I don't, this might be a technical limitation, but if I start a Scribe and I fire up a virtual machine and start doing a workflow within it, does not capture those individual steps. It's capturing from my main base station. So, I have to remember to fire up Scribe within that virtual machine to have those things captured. And then the other thing I would like to have done is the ability that when you capture or create a scribe, they could also capture the video and narration of it. So, essentially, you could have a video tutorial and a written tutorial being captured simultaneously, which I think would be pretty awesome.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scribe to document processes and workflows, build a knowledge base, and onboard employees efficiently. It frees up staff time and allows us to distribute workflow instructions en masse, letting people find answers independently.

  ### 45. User-Friendly Browser Capture with AI-Generated Step Descriptions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie S. | HR Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

Scribe is very user friendly. I love the browser option which follows all clicks that you make. It also uses AI to describe the steps you are taking, which you can tweak if you need to.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I wish you could toggle between browser and desktop but it isn't too hard to work around this.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process documentation- Scribe has allowed us to streamline our process documentation in an efficient and easy to use/understand manner.

  ### 46. Scribe Makes Creating Reports and Training Guides Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AREM T. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I really like how easy Scribe has made it for me to create reports and training guides. I really appreciate the time it saves me.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

I think the only thing that would be a great revision would be if I had to revise less of the report when finalizing it. I do realize this isn't a simple task, because a lot of the revisions are things that are auto named, and there isn't a way that Scribe would be able to read my mind. I really don't have any issues.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me explain the steps of a process without having to sit there manually taking screenshots and typing out each step. It’s also helped me cut down on the number of meetings I need, because I can send a scribe instead of sharing my screen. Overall, it benefits me by giving me more time to focus on my work, rather than stopping what I’m doing to constantly show someone how to do something.

  ### 47. Saves Hours Weekly with Auto Summaries and Easy Screenshot Redaction

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

It can automatically generate summaries for my operations, including images and texts, saves me hours each week. Because it meets my daily work needs, and to make it easier to blur and edit sensitive information on screenshots, I purchased the Pro Team Plan paid subscription and invite colleagues who need it to use it as well.
It's easy to operate and set up. It's really convenient for engineers who don't like writing documents, and the price is reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

There are still some minor shortcomings:

1. Online browsing sometimes takes too long to load, and performance is slightly insufficient.

2. After editing and organizing steps in a scribe, Chinese characters using bold, italic, code, link, unordered list, or ordered list formats will become garbled when exporting to PDF.

3. The animated images of merging steps are only restored to multiple static images when exporting to PDF; other formats (HTML/Markdown/WORD) remain animated. This is less convenient for those who need to print out physical copies.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I need to teach others how to use a new tool or explain the operation process of a product or service (such as Scribe), I only need to perform a simple operation of all the functions once, and Scribe will quickly generate a nearly 80% complete documentation manual for me.

I no longer need to take screenshots one by one and create presentations, saving a lot of time.

  ### 48. Effortless, Professional SOP Library the Whole Team Can Follow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soleil T. | Benefits Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I love how easily it allows us to build a comprehensive SOP library that is professional, clear, and easy for the whole team to follow.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

Sometimes the automated step-capturing can mix up formatting or mislabel step numbers during complex, multi-system workflows, which requires extra time to manually audit and review.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scribe eliminates confusion around complex, multi-system steps—like managing property-specific invoices and navigating RealPage imports. It ensures our team follows exact parameters, which vastly reduces data entry errors.

  ### 49. Streamlined Documentation with Effortless Screenshots and Formatting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurel F. | Associate Director of Online Learning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

It cuts down the many steps that one usually takes when writing documentation. I don't have to take a screenshot, save an image, and import it into a document. I don't have to worry about formatting.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

There haven't been any issues with scribe and I can't think of any missing features for the pro account. I like it all.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It cuts down the amount of time it takes to create documentation. It's easy to share documents and easy to organize them.

  ### 50. Efficient Workflow Recording with Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Scribe?**

I like Scribe for its time efficiency; it saves me a lot of time. I also appreciate that it allows the team to share things more easily, which is helpful. I was able to find out that some of my colleagues were already using Scribe, which made teamwork more effective.

**What do you dislike about Scribe?**

It's not perfect yet because sometimes when I click a button, and there are multiple letters or words on it, Scribe only captures a part, like just one letter or word. Like, if I click a button called 'email verification', it might record just 'verification'. So I have to manually correct it to 'email verification'. It would be better if it could capture everything fully.

**What problems is Scribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scribe to efficiently record detailed steps for company processes, saving me from manually logging each action. It captures screenshots and records details I might forget, which streamlines onboarding new employees and enhances team collaboration.
