In the past, I had to write an extensive step by step email with screenshots or schedule a zoom call. No I simply turn on scribe and complete whatever task the client needs help with. I can them simply and easily export that as a pdf and share if with the client. Every time, they send me back a response saying the instructions worked great and were easy to follow. Scribe gives the options for multiple export types, allowing you to import Scribes into training programs or embed into websites. The software is so easy to use, that even the users on our team that are not tech savvy can simply and easily create their own scribe's to share internally or externally. You also can't really have separate departments inside the same subscription, because each "team" requires it's own paid subscription. Once you've installed the browser plugin it's incredibly easy to use, and their are lots of ways to edit the finished product.
