What do you dislike about ScreenSteps? It seems to go back and forth - they don't keep their web-based editor and desktop editor at the same speeds - one always seems to be not working, which is very frustrating. Recommendations to others considering ScreenSteps: Make sure it does what you want from Day 1 - if it doesn't, but they say it should, just working on some issues, that would be a red flag based on my experiences.
