We started out wanting to produce an explainer video, but when I saw this solution I instantly knew that Screenspace is the way to go. Essentially, I see this as a self-serve demo where the prospect feels they are in control of the conversation. It's a phenomenal way to educate your visitors and prospects on how different features correlate to various benefits, all while collecting data on the user. The solution is very easy to set up and understand. What is a bit more difficult is developing the storylines for the user flow (not part of the solution but a task that has to get done, nevertheless). Fortunately, the Success team is incredible (I can not overstate how much talent we got as part of the package), and provided immense value at the concept/strategy stage. We needed a way to not only prove we deliver value, but let people experience it right on our website – and in a way that motivates them to book a demo. After deploying ScreenSpace throughout our funnel – we have seen an increase in web conversions, win rates, and activation from prospects who have used our self-guided demos. At the time of writing this review, the ScreenSpace platform is young, but continuously growing and evolving. I love their offering and ease of use, but what I love most about ScreenSpace is their partnership. Their incredibly responsive, willing to dig in and work right alongside you, and really take feedback into consideration for future enhancements. They're an amazing team! Thus far any troubleshooting issues to get us to launch were pretty minimal and quickly resolved. They're already working on enhancements that we'd like to see, so honestly, nothing negative to say right now! It's a great platform with lots of possibilities. We look forward to continuing to test it out to see how it impacts each stage of our customer buying journey as well as exploring use for ongoing engagement with existing customers. Most buyers do tons of research before reaching out to talk to a sales rep - or, they don't want to talk to a rep at all. This leaves PLG companies with a problem: How to educate modern buyers on their product, without being able to speak with them. Before ScreenSpace, there were two solutions. 1) Marketing. Lots of words and graphics that hardly get read. And it takes forever. 2) Demo products. These were essentially screenshot bots or linear product walkthroughs. Neither are customized for the buyer's needs/wants, and neither are particularly exciting to interact with. Storyboarding experiences with multiple storylines can take a bit of time to build. Fortunately the success team is very helpful and they offer a clever story mapping framework inside Miro. ScreenSpace is a super powerful tool while still being intuitive. I love how their visual storytelling approach makes it easy to communicate complex products. What sets ScreenSpace apart from other demo tools is its more storytelling-focused approach, which helps create engaging narratives that capture the attention of audiences. I’ve tried other demo tools in the past, but none have come close to the experience and quality that ScreenSpace provides. The combination of the ScreenSpace platform and the incredible team make this a dream solution for any product marketer. The platform makes it easy for us to create and manage product tours in-house without having to rely on developers. While the talented ScreenSpace team helps create bespoke graphics and animations that bring the tours to life. The two founders, Darren & Adam, have a 6th sense when it comes to storytelling and design. And never hesitate to get their hands dirty. Also, I love that we can create tours using Figma designs! ScreenSpace product tours are helping us solve a few problems related to our lead gen and sales cycle. We sell to multiple audiences and found that many of our potential customers wanted to learn more about Mozart, but probably weren't ready to commit to a demo/sales call. This is a great opportunity to show them more about our platform with a lot less pressure. Similarly, we can deploy this on our website in lead capture scenarios for a softer CTA. All of this only works because ScreenSpace is built for storytelling and we can control that experience more than we can by simply recording our product or utilizing some more demo-specific tool.
