I love that there's an option to track your own time and also to be tracked within a team. Also, it's so easy to modify or blur the screenshots taken during the day in case you missed to change the project you're working on or if there's sensitive information on those screenshots. The Screenshot Monitor is affordable, easy to use, and uncomplicated. Simple to use and every two minutes displays a pie chart of the activity level. I appreciate that it can track your efforts even if you are in a sporadic area or lose connectivity because it works offline. I wish there were a way to capture videos on it. If there were a method to automatically modify it so time spent watching a video isn't shown as inactive, that would be great. I also wish it was better at recognizing when someone is watching a course and not marking it as inactive. The screenshots occasionally upload blurry or messy. Screenshot Monitor has multiple unique and good features to talk about. The very first thing is its trial period. It offers a 14-day trial to let prospects try whether it gets the problem solved in the best way possible or not. It also has a free subscription for individuals to track time for themselves. It offers applications for windows and mac both of which have a super easy interface to interact with. It stores all of the screenshots in the cloud, therefore, no storage occupation issue is there. As the data is in the cloud, one can see the data from the past as well. Apart from tracking time it records the activity level too. All in all, it gets the job done very well. Other features such as registering attendance, allowing to apply for leaves, office timing completion reminders, activity level drop alarm, inactive warning alarm (it notifies but doesn't produce any sound), etc. are missing which could be there and could make it even more useful and relevant. Screenshot Monitor tracks time for the ongoing task and continues to do it, at the end of the day it provides a report of how much time I've spent doing what and that report can be sent to the employer or manager to let them know about the work schedule. Screenshot Monitor helps me track the tasks I work on. I can track the time that I have given to a task and I can track my activity levels too. I can even generate daily, weekly and monthly reports to track my past schedule. It even mails reports weekly. What do you dislike about Screenshot Monitor? It tracks time and activity and if we stop our activity for 2 minutes, it turns off itself. When there is an activity it gets back and starts tracking again itself. But sometimes when a person is away for a while and his PC gets into sleep mode and when the person starts working it doesn't get on automatically unless you turn it on manually. It takes snapshots every 2 mins and save it in their data base which can be seen by employer and employees as well.
