Screenpipe turns everyday computer work into searchable history, draft SOPs, and context for AI agents. Find what you saw or heard, document a recurring task, and give your AI the background it needs to help. The desktop app captures screen activity and audio on macOS, Windows, and Linux. Search across past work and conversations, or connect approved AI tools through MCP and the local API to draft meeting summaries and follow-ups. For teams, Screenpipe helps document how work moves across apps. Use captured activity to draft process maps and step-by-step instructions, identify repeated steps and exceptions, and assess opportunities for automation. Employees review and edit generated outputs before sharing them. A generated SOP or automation recommendation still needs validation before deployment. Raw capture history stays on the device by default. Users can pause recording and exclude sensitive apps, windows, and websites. Selected context may be processed by external AI services or shared storage depending on your configuration and organization policies. Start free on one device, or scope an enterprise pilot around one recurring workflow with agreed data boundaries and success measures. The interactive demo uses fictional sample data and illustrative ROI estimates.
