Among other things, being able to see how our department performs over the long term (particularly velocity) has been immensely helpful, but the Milestone screen that gives us optimistic/most likely/pessimistic projections of when we can expect to deliver our projects has been a game-changer. I can only call it an "embarrassment of riches," but there are a vast array of dashboards and reports that we'll just never use. Other organizations probably do, but for our purposes there are just a select few that we've settled on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The metrics generated by Screenful and their integration with Monday.com make it effortless to visualize what is happening in our organization and identify trends to direct growth. The team is passionate and spent a large amount of one on one time with me to ensure that we knew how to best utilize their product in a way that served our interests best. While there are no significant features that we dislike, it is an investment. The product/service is objectively expensive for a 3rd party integration (nearly the cost of our monthly Monday.com subscription). Additionally, we are limited to 30 data sources at our price point, which limits our ability to capture all of our data (we have over 100 data sources), but I currently can not justify additional expenditure.
