Due to complexities of bringing multiple working practices on to one system it can be difficult to maintain within the adminstration side, however the team member we have assisting us on the implementation have been very responsive and helpful. Depending on your use case for the system it can be a steep learning curve, however, as mentioned the support from our Project Manager at Screendragon has been very helpful. Screendragon has been completely customisable to our needs. The team at Screendragon are excellent and have been very responsive to our requests.

We definitely challenged the configuration team we worked with who spent a great deal of time sorting out our unique and complex workflow.

Unlike other PM softwares we reviewed, Screendragon is completely customizable and flexible enough to meet the needs of our project managers, finance people, and resourcing team. It also has enough detail to make it a powerful tool, but not so much that it's overwhelming to a medium sized organization (that doesn't need an enterprise-type tool designed to be used by 100's/1000's of people).
