For me it is a all in one tool. You can set up projectsm write CE´s in it. Screendragon makes it very easy to track you project budget. To set up tasks and ass them on to the responsible persons. To write you hours on a daily basis.

Working as a prpject manager this tool makes my job easier. I can track the costs on the daily / weeky basis. I see when I am planned to much ressources before I doing the work.

Also doing reports in different areas of a project or pulling our a timesheet is easy and understanable. You can export them into excel and customize it yourself.

Also the customer support is perfect. Because you can custimze Screendragon in some ways. If you need something the people working there are really trying to find a solution for you

For the basic of working with screendragon you need little training. Because it is quite self explaining. For th details there a lot videos to always learn more. This tool is easy to implementate and integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rewrite a phase is not possible. Because all the old data will still be in there that is tricky sometimes.

Sometimes pulling a report and exporting to excel looks quite wild, but you get used to it.

Flexibility: we started using Screendrgon in a small project for a specific client. We then used it in bigger projects for several clients. We ended up using it as an operating system for the orchestration of several teams across the globe. The reason for this scalation: Screendrago is very flexible and can adapt to most situations, not matter how big (or small) is the scope.

I think when it comes to workflow management, this tool is extremely good at delivering expectations in terms of being able to define project points, points of review, permissioning, and being able to track the status of projects.

I also am a big fan of the PM and BA support offered and how collaborative a process it has been to tailor the tool according to our needs, and also think outside of the box when our needs were unique to how the tool is typically utilised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have any dislikes. I think the tasks function could be more flexible in terms of being able to drag things around and re-order in different views, but I also understand that workflow management tools work differently to project management tools in that respect. We are still in the final phases of development and launch, so I can't comment too much yet on the live functionalities of Screendragon, however I can say the team are fantastic to work with. From day 1, they have been so flexible and accomodating to our needs, but have also been very honest with us when we need to improve our ways of working or when a suggestion we make is a truly bad one! There isn't anything I specifically dislike about Screendragon. There are a few parts of the system that we would like some more development on, but only to suit our very specific needs and ways of working. It's more about us adapting how we work rather than anything Screendragon does. They have been very open so far to adding suggestions to a future development wish list for us. The Screendragon team is a great partner that I enjoy working with. One area where Screendragon shines is it’s workflow management. They are able to understand our varying needs and created multiple workflows to meet them. Their ability to develop complex workflows really helped our team streamline process and push the work through seamlessly. We are able to quickly see who reviewed items, their comments and sign offs. The team is helpful making system updates as our needs are everchanging. Once a person is trained in the system, it is user friendly and logical for the users. There are just enough platform limitations (due to its configuration heavy approach vs custom developement) that can make the solution feel clunky or that you have to force certain parts of processes into tools that don't work super well.
