Resource Management, Project Management, Utilization, Forecasting, Estimate tools, etc. I could go on. It's efficient to use one software to do everything. In a fast-paced work environment, it can handle all of the necessary information to know how our projects are tracking. What do you dislike about Screendragon? The UI on the resourcing tool isn't as user-friendly when trying to see where the red zones or overbooking occur. Screendragon is built for creatives, we’re able to scale with Screendragon and it has supported our changing workflows over the past two years. I love the ability to forecast resourcing needs, it allows us to plan ahead effectively for future projects. Approval workflows have helped us to speed-up creative delivery big time too. Screendragon’s workflow capabilities are very advanced compared to others in the market, we have the ability to change things like permission levels at a very granular level.
