"ScreenConnect Makes Remote Access Simple and Fast"
5/5
What do you like best about ScreenConnect?

ScreenConnect was very easy to use compared to the other remote products I've used. The console is easy to navigate and to remote into a machine only takes a double click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?

I found that getting assistance took a bit longer than we would like. There were moments where we were left with an issue for a few days before getting any kind of resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ScreenConnect - Packed Remote Support with Backstage Tools That Don’t Interrupt Users"
4/5
What do you like best about ScreenConnect?

Multi-monitor support, low-bandwidth support, a toolbox, chat, wake lock, extensibility, and cross-platform compatibility—everything you could want in a remote support tool. The backstage features let me run commands and install software without stopping the user from working, and I can also send them messages when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?

Sometimes it takes the client a while to come back online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Web UI, but Unstable Connections and Frequent Stalling"

I like the silent access method and how easy the web UI is to use. The access and activity history is also good and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?

The system is highly unstable. The connection stalls easily, and the clipboard also stops working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ScreenConnect Makes Remote Support Easy with Flexible Sharing Options"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ScreenConnect?

I find ScreenConnect to be one of the easiest remote connection apps to use. The ability to send individual codes, website links, or emails makes it simple to share with end users. It also includes enough useful features to help with troubleshooting a variety of computer issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?

The application would occasionally freeze, which was frustrating. Also, when connecting to a remote computer without a display, it can become an issue and make the experience less reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect solution for IT Support businesses"
5/5
What do you like best about ScreenConnect?

I run a small IT support business. I needed a solution for providing remote support to customers, both on an "as needed" basis, as well as on an "always connected" basis. The other products I looked at, like Team Viewer, LogMeIn, etc., we just too expensive for my situation. I'll admit, I was a bit concerned that maybe ScreenConnect might not be very reliable, etc., because it was less expensive, but that concern was totally unfounded. ScreenConnect has been 100% reliable for me. It does everything I need. If someone calls in looking for immediate support, it is very easy to have them go to my web site, where I have a "Remote Support" page, where they can enter a simple code and quickly get connected. I also have many clients' computers always connected, so any time they need me to do something, I can get right in and take care of things, without having to worry about setting up a remote support session.

It was very easy to set up my self-hosted ScreenConnect server. It's very easy to install on client computers. There is no monkey business with having to exchange codes and passwords with the client to get connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?

Over time there have been a few issues with anti-virus programs, such as McAfee and Bitdefender claiming that the ScreenConnect installer is a trojan. Apparently this is due to the fact that some malicious actors have been using ScreenConnect and probably other remote access applications, to gain remote access to their victims' computers. "Hands Down the Best Remote Support Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about ScreenConnect?

Hands down THE best remote support tool. Nothing else comes close. We use it all day everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?

We recently switched to the cloud version. It doesn't allow you to hide the banner at the top of the page. Very slightly annoying, sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
