We provide remote support for 400 customers. This is our go-to tool for helping them and resolving their issues. It allows 3 simultanious connections, so sometimes it easier to work on computers in the same room using Screenconnect, since in combines all the computers on your main workstation. The tool is very useful and handy in the modern Era of Information Technology. It does not even let you connect remotely on user's machines to troubleshoot, it also allows you to run queries, gather information, and queue things if the client is offline. Best part is, it allows you to connect through backstage. Which means, you can connect to any machines with admin rights on it and it won't disturb the user at all.
