  ### 1. Connectwise Control or Connectwise Framework?

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

You can do anything! If you can code, or script connectwise control can automatically run it for you. Forget any response from your script though.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Connectwise Control is sold as a solution. However it should be sold as a framework. NOTHING works out of the box. No question it is the most powerful complex system available. If you use this on AMD systems it will BSOD them, it's a known issue for the past 5 years.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

If you can dedicated full time resources to CW products, you'll have great success. Otherwise most any other product will better fit your business needs.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We automate software deployments and cleaning scripts. Monitoring Backups to monitoring for event log failures. SNMP and Syslog are garbage and cannot be trusted.

  ### 2. Cheap solution, confusing

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Cheap solution and variety of ways to send link for remote support.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

No place to reset password ANYWHERE on site.  Their personalized site you use to login is SEPARATE from the rest of their domain so when you use your company's own remote site, you won't see ability to reset password.  

Plain and simple, the service is great and cheap as Hell..........the website layout is a pain, forgotten passwords are met with serious difficulty.  As a result, I have ditched this service as they are truly a dime-a-dozen

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Make it easier to reset our own passwords that make that available on the user's specific remote site.

Remote support for external users
